Our service last was awful! We waited 15 minutes just to see a waitress. She was the only waitress on our side. We had to wait and wait on refills. We asked two different people for dressing and never got it. It took almost two hours from beginning to end. The experience was not worth the time or money spent.

Today was my first day going to Wings and Ale for lunch in over 5+ years and not sure when I will go back. We arrived at 11:50 pm and ordered at 12pm, received our food at 1:10 pm. The hamburgers 3 people ordered looked awesome, and they said tasted awesome. I ordered the lunch Wing Special and was quite shocked when I saw the wings. They looked like they came off a baby chick. They are the smallest wings I have ever been served at a restaurant. I requested my fries be seasoned and they looked and tasted like they poured the whole container of seasoning salt on them. They use to have the best wings in town. Disappointed! Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. As for the Ambiance, its time to either tear the carpet out of that place, or have it cleaned. When you walk, your shoes stick to the floor.

The food is great. The service needs attention. You could spend a while waiting for just drinks or refills. Place needs some serious cleaning. When the servers actually come to your table they are friendly and inviting. If it wasn't for the good food I wouldn't come back. Some managerial attention is needed.Kid-friendliness: Family is welcome. Place is Dark inside so not very inviting.

I would not buy their wings on special for events. They weren't up to par. Obviously a rush order. Lacked flavor, hard. I've ordered their wings for dine-in before and they were good, but a catered order just didn't work.
Lunch with coworkers. I arrived late and my food came only slightly after my team's. Service was excellent. It had been years since I'd been, but it still has the best teriyaki wings. I got regular fries because I had forgotten about floppy fries. They are definitely on the menu on the next visit.

I have eaten here a couple times and the food has been delicious. I highly recommend the wings. They are perfectly cooked with the right amount of crunch, but still moist on the inside. There are a variety of sauces and dry rubs to choose from at varying levels of spice. The burgers here are also good and sold at a reasonable price for the amount and quality of food you are getting. My only complaints are that service can be a little slow and the interior needs a makeover. There are several water damage or sagging tiles in the ceiling and dust stuck to vents everywhere. The entire restaurant could use a heavy duty cleaning.
