Don’t order anything past 5pm because the employees simply don’t care. I ordered a ten piece combo that took 40 minutes to make. Employees saw my name on the board, marked I was here, marked it as done, and then proceeded to mess around in the back. They finally finished the order and placed it on the rack. I waited another ten minutes just for them to go through the orders and ask me what my name was again. Find a different Wingstop with employees who can do the bare minimum like call out names when orders are done

Horrible. Use their app to order delivery because the wife and I are both not feeling well and didn’t want to go out to be safe. First, didn’t put all of our food in our bag, missing at least 2 items. Second, food was barely lukewarm even though the driver for DoorDash came straight here and made it in 10 minutes. Third, put no ice in the drinks and didn’t send straws. Absolutely poor. Tried to call the store and never got an answer after waiting for about 10 minutes.

We always eat here and very seldom to any issues (even if we do, they’re great about fixing it) but whoever’s cooking tonight?? The wings are phenomenal. The fries? Best we’ve had in a long time. And the new haunted habanero??? Ummm please don’t make these limited time. They’re my new favorite. Big shoutout to this crew

Just ordered my food and the cashier or whatever her job is was extremely rude as she was snapping her gum, Walked around with her cell phone in hand and itching her hair. She snapped at us and walked away as I was talking to her about us doing a walk in order. I will be contacting my bank and disputing my charges. As I am sitting and writing this up, she is in back swearing at a rap song that is being played. I’m disgusted and will never return. Her name on receipt is minayjah. I only did a one star because I had to for the review comment!

Gone to this location twice. Placed my order through the app and requested “extra cook time”. Both times my orders were soggy.
Honestly I love wings and Wingstop (in most locations) so much and because it’s the closest place to fort Jackson I give it too many chances. I never get good fries bc they’re always saturated in oil that you can’t even eat them. It takes way too long for the order to be completed. Tonight it was both the wings and the fries that were saturated and soggy with little to no sauce but an extreme amount of oil from the fryer. This location after 3 years of coming here has not improved.

This shit is really trash I had my order for 6:30pm I’m just now leaving at 7:01 not only that I ordered yesterday and they gave me 18 wings instead of 20 so I counted the wings today and they still was short on the wings today was only one wing but I pay yall to make me food and yall can’t even count it’s just the principle cuz yall sure do look for them tips though
