DO NOT order from here!!!!! My order was completely wrong and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. That’s basically stealing! I never received my food. Beware!!!!!
I drove fifteen minutes, just to stand in there for ten minutes. While the cashier stood there on his phone. The time was 5:30p.m. After we decided to leave, he walked up to the register looking at us like we were on his time. Just ghetto. I’ll never go back there.
Extremely unprofessional manager. The cashier was very professional but my order took over an hour to be ready, which was a half hour past the estimated time which I was told. The main reason being that they continued to bump my order down for their regular customers to be served first. After I was told my order was next in line I still had to wait another 30 minutes to receive my food. Not once did the manager apologize for the wait and even had an attitude once she handed me my food.

I ordered my meal off doordash they let anyone take your food without checking ! My order was stolen by someone and I was waiting hours for a refund when I called to inform them to check no answer ! Get some new hires in that place

First time going to Wingstop in this area. Staff was rude and cussing in the back. Wings are fried extremely hard, dry, and extra small. Will not be ordering from Wingstop again. Should have ordered from U.S. Wings and Deli.

First time and last time I go eat at a Wingstop. The Buffalo wing sauce is not traditional flavor and to have red food coloring for added presentation. The Blue cheese was watered down and not creamy at all. The fries looked green, soaked with grease and stuck together. Tried to get lemonade and red drink came out. The workers were coughing uncontrollably. Better off going to Nicks on a late night!

Horrible horrible horrible! first of all the workers are very rude, I walked in and the lady who took my Order off the bat looked extremely annoyed then when I was ordering literally gave me dirty looks and rolled her eyes in my face , I ordered 5 tenders and i waited almost an hour, then when I got my food in the bag it was all spilt and upside down , I’m a very patient and very respectful person but this was ridiculous, not to mention when I looked over she was texting on her phone , it’s common sense to be respectful, I’m not even talking about nice but it’s just human decency

The fries were burnt and overcooked.. the classic wings were burnt, dried and cooked with old cooking oil!! Never again!! Nothing like the pictures show on websites

We had food door dashed only to receive the wrong order. The dasher stated that it was what they gave her. When trying to call them the phone line automatically gives a busy signal. There’s no email or anywhere to reach the store directly.

Don’t go here. Don’t waste your time. Trash and crumbs and grease and wings top papers all over everything. All on the floor. I went in at 5:00 pm and the cashier informed me that wage couldn’t take my order in person because they are understaffed. Two tables waiting on food but they maintained the to go orders. Something is seriously wrong with your establishments if you can’t run all of the aspects of the establishment. Do better
