The wings was hard & the fries weren’t burnt just dark and soft they need to change their grease. Not to mention I waited 40 mins for some hard, over seasoned 8pc lemon pepper all flats with nasty soggy fries, at least the tea was good. I visited on 04/13/2024 around 2:00pm….Never again -1000 when I’m passing through Columbia I will definitely pass by this Wingstop.

Monday evening, I ordered a 10 piece combo. I noticed the kitchen was dirty.I was actually surprised how fast my order was ready. But when I started eating my food inside the restaurant, I realized why.I'm not sure if they are just cooking a bunch of wings and just adding sauce, but my wings were cold, and the fries were warm.In addition, the woman taking orders was coughing everywhere and didn't have the courtesy to cover her mouth. This same woman has bad hygiene.I've had much better service here before, so I'll set this bad experience on the staff and not the establishment as a whole.EDIT: So after reading how people are complaining about the wait time, I am certain they are cooking a large batch of wings and just throwing sauce on them.

They never answer the phone when someone is trying to place an order, the wait time is extremely long I can’t even rate the atmosphere or food because they wouldn’t answer the phone so I didn’t even get the chance to order at all. The service overall just really really sucks

Good food, no trash can, dirty bathroom, gave me a parasite (ringworm). Woman was smelly. Employees wearing masks INCORRECTLY!!! I have ringworm now. Should have gone to panera next door.

Wing stop generally has good food but this location is sad. 45 minute wait for burnt wings & fries. Apparently they also ran out of corn. Too much horseplay in the kitchen and no sanitation’s guidelines being followed. Wasted $35. Will not be returning.

Honestly, the food is great. I love it. I’ve seen them do some questionable stuff in the kitchen despite the food. Touching the bun after toasting without gloves, eating while food prepping, they never wear gloves.Ordering online every time and it gives you an estimated time for food to be ready. Never ready when it sends you an email saying complete. Usually have to wait another 20 minutes. Today I decided to order ahead and use their pick up later feature. I scheduled the time for pickup at 1130. The food was not ready until 12:05. Their service really sucks, unfortunately.

Dear wingstop,My dearest apologies for what I’m about to say. You need to fire everyone and find a better and faster crew. You need to find people that know how to work together and get the job done right and on time. Your crew gets the job done but an hour and a half after it’s supposed to be done. People were getting their walkin orders faster than the online orders. Come on wingstop. You can do better.Thank you.
