i just love this wing stop they food is ALWAYZ hot its one of my favorite places. there is a manger there name SHONTAE she is wonderful, her smile an warm greeting wen i came in ad me feelings as though they was waiting on me to come in i loved it... the fries are my favorite, they have good amounts and te be HOT an yummmyyy i love this place

I ordered a 6 piece wing combo at 6:49pm, it is now 8:10pm and I have yet to receive my food. There's a lobby full of people waiting in online orders. There are people walking in to place an order and the workers are saying 1 hour waiting. This is ridiculous. They are moving with no sense of urgency. I will never ever come to this location again! It takes a whole lot of patience to deal with a slow paced group of workers who don't even acknowledge every time the door opens and someone is at counter.

There were a ton of orders in the kitchen and people standing and waiting and the entire staff was working so hard to get everything churned out. One girl (with reddish braids up in a bun) was working so hard to check on people and get everything out as fast as she can. The wait was long but considering a hurricane just came through and it was a busy Saturday night, I’m really impressed with how hard the staff was working. Thank you!

It’s so unfortunate because the location off of forest drive is great but I live on this side, this location hardscrabble has been terrible since the first day they opened the experience is terrible they refuse to answer the phone. I order online today it’s a Saturday game day and 3 employees, the store manager definitely needs to be held accountable. The team is always slow and not together. The music is alway inappropriate no diversity, I order online at 12:59pm still had to wait along time needless to say I didn’t get my food until 2:11pm

Odd. This is the first time ordering from here. (Any Wingstop for that matter) The food was good. LOTS of fries. The ranch is delicious. The customer service was not good. The cashier just stood there. She acted as if she didn't want to be there. The other employee never spoke. The sauce on my strips was just generously haphazardly poured over them. (Presentation not there) I will try Wingstop again just maybe not this location. Had I read the reviews first, I probably would have tried another location.
If I could give a 0 then I would. Customer service is terrible . Cashier was rude hands on her hips like hurry up . Appetite was immediately turned off !!!! I rather deal with the older folks .i feel sorry for this generation !!!

I used to love Wingstop when I lived in Denver and Seattle. But this location has disappointed me more than once. They must have measured the sauce on my wings with an eye dropper. There was only enough sauce to be absorbed by the paper. As a result, the wings had very little flavor. It also makes me wonder why the different Wingstops I went to always seemed to serve their fries hot and crispy, but at this one the fries are always cold and limp. I'm talking about when I'm dining in, not getting it to go. Also, the employees seem disinterested in the customers and their work. All this points to an owner who's not on top of things. If they read all these reviews about lazy staff, lack of sauce on the wings and cold fries you'd think they would fix it. All the more reason to think the owner doesn't care and it's trickled down to the employees. Out of the dozen or more different Wingstops I've been to, this one is the worst by a mile!

Over an hour wait time for 35 wings is just plain dumb. Staff could not care less, and it's too expensive to justify dealing with people who couldn't be bothered. Won't make this mistake again.
