I’ve had some mixed experiences at this location but this last one takes the cake and I will definitely not spend a dime here again! 09/29/2025 I placed my order on the restaurant app as usual and proceeded to go to the restaurant at the time it stated the food would be ready!! Once I arrived I noticed quite a bit of customers standing around looking not so happy! I went to the call in/pick up order line to let them know my name and even showed them the order on my phone!! I was told that the order was being freshly made and it would be 10 minutes!! Mind you, the order was placed at 7:55 & was said to be ready at 8:22!! I started asking a few people how long they had been waiting and I was surprised to hear that one door dash order has been there since 7:20 and it was now 8:25!! I started looking at the Monday night football game on the tv and after a while I noticed 15 mins had went by and I was still not notified that my order was ready!! As I proceeded back to the counter, I saw all of the workers on their phone, one being the manager who stood at the front of the counter, not assisting or communicating with any customers but on his phone for the next 5 minutes until I had to say “excuse me”,
Being a business owner myself, I know that you have to set a standard being one in charge and if not, the workers will not respect you!! So after I explained to him what was going on, he said “let me check on that for you “ but never came back to let me know anything!! Everyone that I asked about the order just kept saying it was being made until once guy came up and said that the chicken was thawing out because they hadn’t taken enough chicken out of the freezer!!
I continued to wait because my family was waiting on food and by the time I received my order, it was 9:25! This is completely unacceptable and this isn’t the 1st time I’ve experienced poor service and poor communication from this location but I’ve tried to be understanding because I know places are short of workers!! Thats not the case here. There were at least 7 employees in there at the time with only 2 of them actually working!!
Poor management is the downfall of many establishments and if this problem isn’t resolved soon, this location will not last with a 2.2 Google rating…mostly being due to poor customer service!!

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Let me tell y’all about this place . The workers are very rude , messy , and dysfunctional . Every time I walk into this wingstop it’s always long lines and something going on to where customers have to wait over 30 minutes to get their food . Their worker’s business is always going around to where people outside of the work environment know and I find that odd that you guys preach about good environments when this is not one . Whoever is over this location picks and chooses when and who he wants to hire . Oh and did I mention , roaches ! thats all i have to say … I will be contacting corporate .

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

This location consistently has poor service. I’ve been here twice, and both times the younger staff were just standing around. I placed my order about 25 minutes before driving over, yet still had to wait another 40 minutes once I arrived. If you value your time, I recommend avoiding this location.

This place never fails to be the worst, waited 25min for my order, they so concerned about online/doordash 2nd this has happened at hardscrabble location and no one had dropped my simple order 10 wings and celery thats it and I was only one in restaurant, these young people have no sense and the back of resturant smelled like full on weed, I told them refund me bye. Supervisor gone be like I'm cooking them now, man I gotta get back to work.

I didn’t order anything here but I see employees dumping what appears to be the dirty mop water outside the front entrance into the sidewalk after they clean the floor. I think you’re supposed to dump dirty mop water in the back of the store not front. Then I walked inside and the floor is still sticky and dirty.

Order boneless chicken wings because there was a special on them. Never had them before and never ordered from them before. I ordered 10. 5 mild and 5 traditional. The mild was cold and nasty. The traditional was warm but hard. I don't think I will order from them again.

Gave this place many chances because i usually love Wingstop Whoever owns this just do yourself a favor and close it. 5 visits here and it’s always the same service sucks, food takes forever, comes to you cold or wrong. I don’t know what else to say never again!
