I paid 73 dollars for an order for my grandchildren today. I ordered 40 wings and 2 large fries. I got both fries with very little fries in them. They weren’t enough for 2 of 4 grands. I called them to ask why did they not give me the amount of fries that I ordered. They told me that i had to come get it. I’m very disappointed, after i spent that much money, I should have gotten what i ordered instead of half. Those fries are not cheap. I will not order from the new location on Earth Rd. Ever again!

I ordered online and the time said 15 minutes. I show up 15 minutes later and the food was not started yet.
I then asked the three people at the front what the ETA would be on the food, the one person who was there then just left twithout saying anything and the other two didn’t even acknowledge me .
So I sat down and waited another 20 minutes. If you order online
Then after they held the bag and told me this was my order
I get home and it’s the wrong order

Ordered on line. When I got there my food was ready and hot. I didn't like the flavor or the texture of the wings. I ordered six piece wings, fries and seasoned corn on the cob which was marvelous.

If I could give a zero I would. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby for my order. The cashier was in lobby chatting with her friend not checking to see why I was waiting. I recieved my order fries and chicken were burned. I brought back for a refund. No one was available inside the location to refund my money. Shift leader Mieyah said the outside source would do it this happened 10/ 10 and here we are 10/ 22 and nothing. No phone to call anyone or speak to customer service. For this to be a new place food and service was horrible. Mieyah didn’t even care my food was horrible she just abruptly shied me out the door. You won’t get another dollar of mines

I typically don't have issues with the food. Ordered here before and everything was good taste wise. I don't particularly like when they serve them big ole wings but doesn't happen often cause they at least fry the wings up better than most places. Nothing I hate more than the chicken tasting too chicken-y and you know what I mean if you eat lotsa wings. Lady at the front is personable and friendly. Anyways I'm here waiting on my lunch to go so if that ends up bad I'll update but I had to use the restroom. Lawd the second I walked in it almost took me out and no I don't mean someone went number 2 and stunk it up I mean it smells like funk, feer, death, old people, soiled clothing, among many other horrid smelling things. I legit almost threw up. That needs to be addressed major. Almost makes me wanna get a refund cause if the bathroom smells that bad whats going on in the kitchen. Just hope they're staying sanitary cause that bathroom is far from.

Them wings always be fried perfect!! They don't skimp out on sauce and seasonings. 10/10. Never had an order with some bad wings and I've ordered all shifts. The best Wingstop I ever ate.

Quadruple check your orders. They missed my ranch dressing on my online order. Supposed to get two, I got Zero!! These Wings cost a Arm and a leg and a thigh!
Rude employees to start with. They did not greet or acknowledge any of the customers. Paid for bone in wings and received boneless wings. The boneless wings were dry. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Wingstop. We were excited to have one closer to us; however, with that service and the food not being right, I am skeptical about returning.

Today Overheard and saw I what I believe I heard a manager of some sort or whatever she talking to and about a young lady working at the counter just nasty!! it's disgusting how she spoke to others as well from from me being in there as many times as I come! this is not the first time I've seen this from this particular lady while ordering my food especially during rush time it seems like. I most likely won't be getting my food from here again the wait is very long for a simple food order, the food is way too greasy like it’s cooked in old oil and over seasoned at times so salty I can’t even eat it for real and they don't have good service and they're nasty to their workers it looks like! Looks like management is just nasty.

sauced wings were quite dry with no option to have them extra sauced in the app. tons of staff which had the frontend very crowded while i stood waiting for somebody to simply grab my pickup order that i could see right in front of me with my name on it.
