I ordered through Uber Eats and my food tasted terrible. The meat tasted like freezer and was undercooked. Will never order from here again.

Food was order was not complete. Called to let them know and constantly was on hold. Once after I called the 3rd time. I told the young lady that my order was incomplete. She told me to come back, which I informed her I was at work and couldn't come back. She put me back on hold and never came back. With the low rating, its obvious that corporate or who ever owns this franchise doesn't care about their brand or their money. But I guess they don't care when they charge you for something you didn't order.

This is the only Wingstop I will go to in Columbia. Now when they first opened it was just alright...but lately I crave them!! So whatever yal are doing keep doing it..the wings are large, juicy and have the right amount of sauce. Seriously the best wings in town!! I'm truly impressed.

Me and my sister ordered from here on yesterday, we did a call in when we got there food wasn't ready...finally get our food my sister asked for extra ranch in the beginning they never gave so then they charge her a $1 for ranch then I ask for parmesan season on my fries just a little, they tell me they charge for it so I'm like ok I'll pay which is crazy I'm holding my card so the cashier could ring it up she skips over me & rings others up so I'm still waiting the other worker was putting it in a cup for me but I just wanted a little on my fries still waiting with the card in my hand & the other worker was not giving me the season before waiting which I waited she could've just sprinkled some on there...food was nasty chicken or fries had no flavor the chicken didn't even taste fully cooked the wait is long I won't be going back there

I waited for over 40 minutes for my food. People were getting the food before me that order after me , most of them were door dash or uber eats. Some were walk ins. I order before three workers and they also got their food before mine.which I understand. I order my food at 8:19 pm and it’s now 9:01pm. I checked my food in the car and it wasn’t even hot I had to place my wings in the air fryer. I’m just upset because my food needed to be reheated when I was waiting that entire time. I called to speak do the manger but the general manger wasn’t there.

Honestly wing stop is lucky there are hardly any other wing places in columbia.

I frequently have to wait an extended time for my food. But this one was to worst. I ordered my food over an hour before i received it.

The topper is they were not even busy. People came in and got walk in orders before i got mine!! No one in the back took any responsibility to make my order is all.

And after that hour of waiting I was not offered any discount or compensation for having to wait.

Wings were cooked too hard. If I wanted chicken chips and chicken jerky, I would’ve went to the grocery store and purchased that. Asked for wings wet and they were not. It’s really a hit or miss with this location. We arrived early on purpose to beat the rush and to ensure our food would be fresh, cooked all of the way through, and edible. Called and spoke to a manager who requested we drive back through traffic on Garner’s Ferry Rd to have the order remade with no regards to where we were located. Went to this location about 2 months ago, and had a great experience. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be back. Better off purchasing wings at American Deli on Forest Dr.

Had to wait 40 minutes past the time we were told the wings would be ready. Paid for 5 containers of hot sauce and the containers were 1/4 full. Poured the containers together and they equaled 1 container and a container 1/3 filled. Asked for extra cook time in the wings and they were soggy. Will not be back. Horrible experience that cost me over $100
