The food may be good but we never got a chance to find out. Me and a friend came here last night for the first time. There was a written sign up front that said "closed" even though it was 9:45pm, the website said closes at 11pm and there were clearly people being served. After standing there for 5-10 mins I had to go find a waiter and ask could we be seated. He looked confused, said they were busy and told me to go back up front and someone would be right with us. They didn't. We sat, watched people come in with buzzers and finally realized there must be a wait. My friend approached the podium and let the guy who collected the buzzers know we were waiting too but no one took our name. He too appeared to be confused, looked around the restaurant and simply told us it was a busy night and wasn't sure how long the wait was. We ended up leaving after wasting 25 mins of our time. THIS is why businesses don't prosper to their full potential and employees don't get paid what they feel is fair. A Lack of customer service. No apologies, no explanations. I'm sure the owner would not be proud.

Maybe I’m biased but this was one of the worst seafood boils I’ve ever tried! I’m comparing to places like Boil Bay which is located in Va. I’m not from this area but I’m from a place where seafood is prominent and this was NOT it! First off the boil prices was the first red flag and they don’t even give you enough crab legs but make sure you have plenty of sausage, it’s called a seafood boil not sausage boil! Second red flag every time I past by this place there are barely any cars in the parking lot. Last red flag the sauce in the boil was very thin, lacked flavor, and there was barely any Old Bay seasoning which at most crab boil places you can see as soon as you open the bag. If you want a REAL boil bag make a trip to Va and get you some Boil Bay I promise you you’ll notice and taste the difference and you won’t be disappointed. Won’t be coming back here ever!

?NOT overcooked snow crab?(unlike another place with the word "red" in their name and also the word "lobster" in their name)Very good fried oysters.My only 2 dingsFrozen corn on cob. (C'mon restaurants, no excuse !) Get some fresh corn !And I should have ordered butter to go along with snow crabs.

Wow what an experience! Both mangers were really attentive and kind. Servers were busy actually serving. Food was yummi for sure. Better than the crafty crabs that they have here. I just moved here from Florida Ive found my go to place for seafood. Drinks were amazing.

I have lived in northeast Columbia since I returned from Philly 8 yrs ago and have repeatedly seen this restaurant, but, never had a desire to be a patron. I am sincere when I say that I did myself a disservice! I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and although there was only one server (due to callouts(?)), she did a remarkable job fulfilling the request that my Sisters and I asked for. I love, love, love catfish and ordered that from the menu. When I received my meal it was directly the fryer served piping hot with considerable amounts of food. I will definitely return and makeup for denying myself such wonderful food and service from years past.

Our server was phenomenal. We had Tristen. He was so sweet and nice and made sure we had everything that we needed. From food to drinks, adding things on that we forgot. Tristen was truly amazing, and he made our experience even better. The food was A1 as well.
