Customers are advised to verify their orders before pulling off. They will give you anything through that drive-thru. I recently purchased a Zensation salad and was dismayed upon discovering its bland taste and poor presentation. A substantial amount of lettuce covered the dish, causing me to mistakenly believe the eggroll was missing. Only after applying the salad dressing and eating half way of it did the limp eggroll emerge, which was unfortunately inedible due to its soggy state. As a result, I was compelled to dispose of the remainder. The eggroll was also not served as anticipated, sliced in half and placed on the side. I ordered stuff along with the Zensation Zalad and my bill came out to 40.00. I am not stressing about the bill but the food was terrible and the chicken tasted like rubber. The taste was just bland because my friend complained about her ordered also.

This would’ve been a 1 but ms donetta at the register was incredibly nice in helping the situation. forgotten item in original order. 🙄always check your meal before you travel 15 minutes away. also zaxbys, phone doesn’t seem to work, just goes to dead voicemail, all in all some enhancements needed, otherwise family thinks chicken is amaze.

Food is fine but this place is slow and inconsistent. I don't come to a fast food restaurant to be redirected to park in the curbside pickup. I can't understand what the person on the speaker is saying. Three vehicles in the curbside spots at a restaurant that really only serves variations on one thing. I hate this place.

Terrible customer service my order took 50 mins and I ordered online do not go here!!!! And my food was terrible I went big on my order and there was no fry’s this is a joke of a business never ever go here if you want good food or service!

Went through Drive thru after being at ball field to get something “quick” for my son after football game. 2 cars in front of us were told to pull to side. We get to the window and she asks what we ordered as evidently they couldn’t keep track. We pay then are asked to pull to the side. After seeing 2 other cars had done that and I requested to stay at the window her response was “but that will mess up our drive thru time”. I reminded her they are doing that on their own. After then pulling over and waiting 15 mins, I had to go inside to then get a refund. The one car in front of us still hadn’t gotten their order and the other came in after me because their order was wrong. The kitchen was not being managed at all but during that, it was nice to see one employee come from the back to get a beverage for herself while orders are being messed up left and right. If I owned this franchise, I would be ashamed. There was no manager on duty near as I could tell and if there was, they need to be replaced because they were not leading in a time of need. Now before I get the standard response that others have gotten to “go online and leave feedback”…don’t bother. Already did. You just need to have employees work here who want to work.

Made us pull into one of the drive through lanes, forgot about us for about 10 minutes. Then when I got home I noticed they didn’t give us any sauce, and I was charged for the extra sauce I ordered.
