First of all, I came to order a Cobb salad through the drive-through I was asked to sit and wait in the curbside pick up picked up my salad and left only to find out. They made the salad with no cheese. I called back and let them know instead of we apologize you may come back. I got so you wanna come back and get cheese I thought that was so un concerned that you messed up my order and didn’t even have an apology it’s always something over there with them girls going bus River I decided not to even go back. I didn’t want to deal with me already having an attitude and they taking one like I did something to them. They gotta do better or get out of customer service. I really hope management reads this because this is not the first time, but it has been several times through that window and they lack customer service. They must need to go to the same school the people from Chick-fil-A go to.

The food is typically good and the staff is very nice and friendly. My main issue with this location is that my mobile orders always have something missing or entirely wrong. My hopes are that in the future they may be more attentive to the order tickets and ensure they match the food in the bag.

Lemon pepper chicken meal was good. Right amount of rub. Manager Larry greeted at counter. Helpful and friendly. Spill in lobby area, and he came and cleaned himself when most would delegate instead.

Literally sat in the drive thru for 20 mins only to get back home and have half of our order NOT IN THE BAG.

zaxbys genuinely has the laziest employees i’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting. don’t bother placing a curbside order because they’ll make you sit for 30 minutes and then give you an attitude when you go inside and grab the order that they had sitting on the counter.

I love Zaxby’s sensational zalads. The eggrolls are pretty darn good. If only they would’ve included the egg roll in my order that would’ve been nice. The garlic toast is excellent too. If only they weren’t so soggy that would’ve been nice. So I let Zaxby’s corporate know. They responded quickly and was courteous. They said that this location would be in contact with me. I never heard from them. I followed up with corporate and they gave me a gift card. I hope this location will realize that corporate covered them. As for this location, I wouldn’t go back. If it’s a franchisee, this will probably have boards over the windows soon. Go to the other locations in the metro if you want good service and food.

I can literally count how many cold old fries. Zaxbys lost a customer and this is suppose to be from the NEW lemon pepper line. Customer service horrible.
