Went to zaxbys today for lunch, ordered the wings and things. Just finished throwing up bile. Definitely got food poisoning from them. Be careful. Just eat at home. Get rid of them

Slow service. Cashier talking to another employee for over 5 minutes before helping me.

This was the worst drive through I’ve ever been to. The woman taking orders was the rudest person I’ve encountered. She was rushing me as I was trying to order for my family. She kept making rude comments and then told me that she was talking to her co-worker. The woman who took my payment was also incredibly rude. I went in to talk to the manager and though there was not one other person waiting in line, she refused to turn around and talk to me. Just avoid this Zaxby’s at all costs!

The zalad was delicious. I have no complaints and truly enjoyed my food. It was my first visit, and I will visit again. Employees are very nice and professional. Could not add a photo because I ate the food quickly it was so delicious. ??

Drove home after ordering and realized that we were missing half the food we paid for. Drove 20 minutes back and explained the situation at the window, the employees argued and were incredibly rude to me, and told me that I would have to come inside and “talk to the manager”. When we went inside, the manager, Kelvin, was just standing behind the counter staring at us. After he questioned us a few times, he turned around and the food we were missing was just sitting on the counter, completely ready for us. Nobody said sorry or that they apologize for the inconvenience, or anything. Rude and nasty staff and managers. Do not visit this location, spend your money elsewhere

The menu was illegible . The food was flavorless. The beef had th consistency of cat food. The salsa was okay. The chips were great. I was there on a recommendation .

I came to your restaurant. I understand that you guys were busy so when I got to the window the young lady that took my order I told her what I wanted she took 2 minutes to come back to the speaker so I drove around when she repeated the order I told her the order was incorrect instead of her correcting the mistake she overcharged me I asked for a 10-piece traditional wing she ring me up for 2 order 5piece traditional wing. Once I brought it to her attention instead of her correcting the problem she says she shuts the drive-thru window came back and said do you want me to bring the order I said yes it's not my fault that that you got did not get the autocorrect I could go on but I will shake this much for the obvious reasons by being a business owner of myself they shouldn't be a group of people hanging out the restaurant door and the manager shouldn't be dancing in the door why your drive-thru is long

It was ok, it’s been much better. Portion size was small and coleslaw was dry! However it hot the spot I was hungry and this location is close to my job.

Ordered a 6 piece tender meal with 2 sides of fries, a side of coleslaw and a plate of loaded fries -- in the drive thru, missing loaded fries right away, and get home to find out that I was missing one side of fries and they only served me 4 tenders instead of 6. The fries weren't seasoned at all, and the tenders were burnt in old oil. Not to mention the girls working were eating behind the counter near where the food was being prepared.

We walked in to try it for the 1st time. We have been told this is a good place for service prices and food. We arrived from California so we have not tried this before. As we walked in it was empty and no customers. 3 front workers not in good mood felt unwelcome. My daughter walks in a few minutes after me with her service animal they told us they couldn’t allow him in!?? It is 96 degrees outside he cannot stay in the car. They were also not very nice about it. We just arrived normally he would stay home but we have not settled in for him to have a home to stay. All I’m saying is change that policy if there is one! And employees need some customers service training. I’ll probably give it another try but definitely at a different location.
