Usually this location is on point. However, I visited there on April 3rd around 7:30 pm and I was served some of the smallest wings I have ever seen! One of the wings was fried so hard and was so small I couldn’t even eat it. It would be nice to let us know the wings are different WHEN we order so we can decide if we want to get something else.

The drive through customer service employees need some retraining, but after speaking with the manager I truly believe she will fix it. Kudos to the manager, very professional, very concerned about the issues that has been brought to her attention.

The food is great but the service sucks now. If I'm spending my hard earned money, please just get my order correct. Then they get upset when u correct them which is already on the ticket. If you order something and they give you something else or don't even get what u ordered AFTER YOU'VE ALREADY PAID, how would you feel???

Ordered food through delivery. My food was left on the back of someone truck that was parked on the street and food was missing. I called the store and they hung up on me twice. This isn't the first incident I've had with this place but it will be the last. Food is almost always missing from my order. Ppl work too hard for their money to buy food and yall just play with it. I will never go to this zaxbys again. Chick Fila is right there and I'll go there from now on.

Had dinner in the dining room, ordered ahead on the app. Fries were so hot and fresh I had to slow down just to enjoy them. Staff inside were very friendly and the restaurant and restrooms were spotless.

Tonight was my last visit to Bush River Rd location. I'm tired of not getting what I ordered. Tonight was the worst!!! Ordered a grilled chicken Philly sandwich and got home with a kids Zack snak!!! Too tired & hungry to go back so I'll just frequent Chick fil a from no on. You guys need to do better!!!

Food was nasty. They gave me cold fries mixed with hot fries and got mad when I told them my fries wasn’t fresh. Chicken was not fresh. The toast was stink! My drink had a piece of hair in it from the lady at the window.
