The lady behind the register was the only saving grace. The ran out of toast, long line waiting on the for chicken to cook, and the nibblers buns were burnt. Bathroom smelt worse than the way the pictures look. If you are in Columbia, skip this zaxbys and go to the next.

The customer service at the Zaxby's on Saint Andrews road in Columbia is straight trash! My order was incorrect and I was charged 3 different times for 1 meal. Current manager on duty did not even try to rectify the problem. I've gone here three different times and each time the service was Horrible! From now on I will tell everyone I know to go to Bush River Rd. Because they would never!

I decided to dine in and had a great experience. The staff and floor manager were super friendly and attentive to me and everyone else dining in the restaurant. Thanks again for the excellent service!

These are the best zaxbys fries I've ever had. They really know what I mean by extra seasoning. The girls running the counter are delightful as well. 10/10!

This was then worst experience we have ever had at a Zaxbys! The staff was not friendly in fact acted like they could’ve cared less that we were even there. Waited for our food for almost 30 min along with everyone else in there. My salad was wrong so had to wait for them to make the right one. My son’s fries smelled like cigarettes and tasted terrible. We will definitely NEVER stop at this location again!!!
Edited: Also…the bathrooms were a mess. The soap dispenser was ripped off the wall in the men’s and women’s bathroom and the bottle of foaming soap just laying on the counter. Couldn’t even get the soap to work bc it doesn’t without being in the dispenser. Should have been our first clue to get the heck out of there!!

Zaxbys cheese bites are the jam!!! Cobb salad the jam, nibblerz sandwiches the jam… not a fan any more of the fries nor chicken tenders, but the boneless honey hot is the jam too! Fried pickles, the jam!
Do not like their strips nor the fries anymore! Service is stellar though on Saint Andrew’s!
Parking: It’s very hard to get out and take a left, may want to go right and turn around if needing to go to left when leaving, big hill, watch out there, bad spot!
