Zaxbys cheese bites are the jam!!! Cobb salad the jam, nibblerz sandwiches the jam… not a fan any more of the fries nor chicken tenders, but the boneless honey hot is the jam too! Fried pickles, the jam!
Do not like their strips nor the fries anymore! Service is stellar though on Saint Andrew’s!

Parking: It’s very hard to get out and take a left, may want to go right and turn around if needing to go to left when leaving, big hill, watch out there, bad spot!

On 11/7/2024 9:38 pm. Waited line for 10 mins for them to say they can’t do two separate orders. Since when does Zabys not do two separate orders at the drive thru. Every time I come to this location it is always some lazy ass young kids working and a lazy manager. I had to drive out the way to bush river when I stay on st. andrews road. Yall need to get a new staff at this location!!! I will be taking this to social media and my blog page!!!!

All signage online and in person on the store doors says they’re open until 11 pm, but they closed the drive thru and inside restaurant at 8:30 pm… If this is the case, it needs to be communicated to customers. If they closed early just this time for another reason, then that still needs to be communicated! Wasted time driving there for nothing.

Took 45 minutes to get 3 kids meals! Even ordered ahead using the app to save time! The staff did not seem concerned; just kept saying it's not ready yet. We were not even offered our drinks while we waited. We watched multiple people come and go while we continued to wait. We also did not receive any napkins in our bag. Longest fast food trip EVER!

The drive thru line was incredibly slow. It took over 35 mins to get our food. I’d say about half the vehicles in line ended up abandoning their order.

Just all around horrible. If I’m taking the time to leave a bad review, that should tell you something. My sandwich tastes like it was made next to fish in the fryer and they don’t serve fish.

THE SLOWEST RESTURANT ON AUGUSTA ROAD:
I have lived 2 minutes away from this location for almost 10 years. They ALWAYS have a long line, no matter what time. As a restaurant manager myself, i highly recommend training your current employees to accurately, effectively, and more efficiently serve customers. You lose customers and money everyday because of incompetent and slow workers. Managers are the main people responsible for reviews like this, you are supposed to be sure your crew has everything readily available so that they can better serve customer and in-turn make you money. Seriously, close down for like two days and retrain your entire crew. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Mind you this is my first time ever posting a google review EVER. Genuinely trying to help y’all because OMG, y’all need it.

Everybody in here blaming each other for their mistakes Ordered a 3 nibbler combo And I got 2 cheesecake bites and a number one combo instead of my 3 nibblers I know the lady in front of me is pissed off as well because I got her food and she got my food Drove a mile down the road before I realized it and opened the bag Turn around and got the correct food People in a fast food industry really do not deserve that $15 an hour

Absolutely the most ghetto fast food staff you’ll find on the west side. They always have a dumb excuse for randomly closing in the middle of the day. Such as their card machine is down or something. They continuously cycle out rude teenage workers who pay no attention and constantly get orders wrong. If you go to the drive thru on any given day it may take 2 minutes or 45 mins. It just depends on how the staff “feels”. And i live right near this place so i see it every day

If you don’t offer curbside take the option off of the app. Very annoying to choose this option for medical reasons only to be told “we are short staffed…come in”. No apologies or anything. On top of that, can’t even make a simple Cobb Salad correctly. Too expensive to be missing items. I do not recommend this location.
