I ordered 3 cookies with my food and drove miles to pick it up, I go home and they aren’t in there. I spent money on those and if I drive back my food would be cold by then and I’m not wasting the gas. Not a fun surprise

I was in drive thru for 10 minutes no response so I drove up to the order window and the young lady looked at me but never opened the window...So I went inside and after waiting another 10 minutes to order I see the drive thru guy come off break and finally puts his headset on...No organization and the crew seems to be more worried about getting off on time then doing their job...There not even busy I was the only car in drive thru and I'm the only customer in line

I went here today at 6 pm the woman at the drive thru was extremely rude im 57 years old I don't have the best eyesight she told me to read the board when i asked questions the experience was humiliating I will never go back there I guess senior's are not

I just left this place at 6pm the person at the drive thru was extremely rude didn't want to tell you the flavors and to read the board some people are older and have poor eyesight .people have handicaps but we have money and zaxby's on st.andrews rd doesn't deserve it.i will never eat there and put myself through discrimination and humiliation .SHAME ON YOU LADY AT THE DRIVE THRU .

Terrible has gone downhill! You can tell management doesn't care what they serve people. Boneless wings look old with barely any sauce on them. Never got my ranch dip after asking how many do I want dissatisfied smh!

This outside of this drive thru was very dark and you could tell that it had not been taken care of in some time as far as clean up and maintenance goes. We got to place our order promptly and pull straight up to the window. All that was ordered was a fried chicken cobb salad no tomatoes or cucumbers we sat in line for over 15 minutes waiting for this salad that still came with tomatoes on it. Definitely will try to avoid this stop off of I26 St. Andrews Rd Mile Marker 106 for Zaxbys again.
