It's very aggravating to drive 15 minutes to a place, mention that you want different condiments, ask about the different condiments at the window, and the response is, "it's in a bag". I got home and said that I had none of the condiments that I asked for. But this is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th time they've messed up my order or giving me the wrong drink.

Fast friendly service. Exiting the parking lot to go left is not worth the wait on traffic though. Turn right instead and cross over the next road down.

I’ve been coming to this Zaxbys 4+ years and EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve visit this location I always had fresh food. Regardless of the time of day. I have been 5 mins before they close and my food is still fresh!!

I had a feeling I would confuse the young workers there with paying cash and paying more, to get even change back. Bill was 11.54, so gave her 21.60. Got 9.06 back! A lot of people behind me, plus I'm white, so didn't feel like getting cussed out,or fighting, so I took the lost

I've never had a bad experience at this location. Food is always hot, fresh, good. And service has always been good and friendly.

Yo, Zaxbys employees need to give the consumer the food that is appealing to the eye as well as the taste. I’m highly disappointed about the appearance and portion of the food. You get ten fries. The chicken wings were so small they looked like they cooked the birds off the trees outside. The grilled chicken sandwich chicken was black as hell and didn’t have any tomatoes on it. The buns were covered and in white sauce go figure. The buns also had holes in them like they were in a drive-by shooting. Please get your ish together! The prices are too high nowadays for this type of service.
