Ordered on the app and received the wrong order and food was cold

Order is incorrect half of the time and I wish I was exaggerating. I don’t make any additions or changes, just a regular meal, and they still get it wrong somehow. It would be correct on the receipt, they just need better communication or something.
EDIT: Either I was unlucky or they got it together.

The price I paid doesn't match how fresh the salads I ordered was. The chicken strips were hot and the fries and bread were hot and delicious. You won't be madif you come back to eat here

This my like 3rd time coming to this Zaxbys to order loaded fries . The first time I came they didn’t have ranch and didn’t express that so I got home to see if I had “dry food”. The second time I came I got them again and decided dry food again and was giving ranch dressing for salad to put on the fries” which doesn’t taste the same at all”
Tonight was my 3rd time coming to order the fries and I asked them do yall have the correct ranch for the fries and was told yes , we get to the window we have no ice in our drinks something they could’ve told us when we were ordering . And then I tasted my fries and they tasted off . I knew they used the ranch dressing again this time just on it . We go back around and I asked them what ranch they used , she said ranch dressing so I told her it tased bad with that ranch , she said they would remake it . Then 2 minutes layered she come to the window to say whoever in the kitchen isn’t going to remake it . But that’s just an inconvenience if one a refund would take days , and then if these things were said while we were ordering I wouldn’t have ordered.

I went to this restaurant for the first time many years ago and it was great. But I don't didn't know if it's this specific Zaxbys or not, but it was absolutely terrible. Just nasty tasting. Staff were friendly and sweet tea was good and fries but the chicken..... Not good.

Terrible, I had a very long day. As I was heading home I decided I wanted some wings, I’ve never like tenders.. so as usual, I ordered my traditional wings only meal (NOT WINGZ N THINGZ) After getting halfway over pulling over and letting the person I was riding with drive because I was tired of driving, I opened my food to eat it and realized I have no wings at all just tenders.. A waste of money!! If you didn’t have wings just SAY that..

Took almost 30 kids from a field trip to get lunch here and the staff moved so quickly!!! Some of the best service I’ve had with kids on a field trip

Ordered fried cheesecake bites and a sweet peach tea which I had to pay extra for and made sure to select sweet on the app. I got no sauce with the fried cheesecake bites and my tea was bitter and watered down, didn’t taste sweet at all

Doordashed the lemon chicken sandwich combo oriental with no special request. When I received it, my sandwich was dry. I had only bread and chicken. No ranch, No lettuce, No tomatoes. Highly upset. I called the store and I spoke with one of the managers. She said her name was Kasey. She said sorry and she will remake if I bring it back. I told her I doordashed it and that I was at work. She said well thats all she could do. So I told her I was on my way. Kasey then said she will have it ready for me when I get there. I had to clock out of work and drive a to Zaxbys. When I got there, my food was not ready. I had to wait for it to be prepared. While I was waiting, another customer came in with a bag stating she didnt have the chicken tenders in her bag, only fries. This situation should have never happen. I doordashed for the convenience. But I wasted Money and time. I will not come to this location no more. The manager never address me with any apologies in person nor refund. Twenty five minutes of my thirty minute lunch was for me to clock out and drive to get my food corrected. Very inconvenient.

I brought my nephew in to get him something to eat. The young lady with the long hair was very kind and sweet with him. On the other hand another young lady approach the register and threw a cup of seasoning at him after he requested it. Then when I got the order they didn't give me all of what I asked. So I went back to ask and the second young lady with an attitude did not ask me if I needed help and I'm glad she didn't. No one has time for people and their attitudes. The young lady who took my order helped me out and was kind. If you're having a bad day don't take that mess in your job. Leave it at the door. You don't know what anyone is dealing with so it behooves you to be kind to others if you want them to be kind to you. I could careless of she had an attitude to me because she's irrelevant but to a child you should be ashamed of yourself. Hire people that treat people kindly because bad customer service can cause you to lose your faithful customers. I tried to call the location and tell the manager because I didn't want to put my review out there but I was on hold for 20min so I decided to add it here.

Absolute worst Zaxby's ever I've tried to give them several chances because maybe they were training somebody or something but they just can't get it right I paid almost $40 for a couple meals just for them to be wrong. Tried to ask for them to make it right and their attitudes are just ridiculous. These young people should go somewhere else if they don't like their job they should just go work somewhere else. Just because you don't like your job doesn't mean you should do it poorly.
