Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes waiting on someone to come over the calm system after they said standby for one minute. There were no cars at the window when I pulled off and two people just standing there looking lost and confused. Horrible customer service to not give an update or to let the person waiting know that they haven’t forgotten about them, especially when people are on time crunches during a lunch break on a weekday. Will not be returning or seeking further business for large group events because of this experience.

I was so wanting to try the dry rub lemon pepper wings.......these were the worst 😫 the looked like they were oven roasted because they were very wet and barely had and lemon pepper seasoning. It's a no for me .

Dried out chicken fingers, sat under heat lamp way to long. I m a former GM for LG national concept, so trust me I know. Whole staff on phones. No manager in sight

Fries were soggy. Only received one fork even though I had to different combos that included slaw. No toast in either of the 2 combos I ordered. Highly disappointed!

Tried Zaxby’s for the first time today and had a great experience. The service was super friendly and helpful. We didn’t have to wait long, maybe 10 minutes. I absolutely loved the coleslaw – so fresh and tasty! But the highlight were the chicken fajita quesadillas. So good! Definitely a must-try.

This used to be my go to for lunch but two bad trips in a row has made
me stay away. Hair in my fries the first time, I take out for lunch at work takes me hours to eat as I work and pick at my food hair was at bottom of my loaded fries, just yuck!

I used the drive-thru services and ordered two wings & things. When I got to the window, the nice cashier said to pull up because they were waiting on the chicken to cook. I waited for about 20 minutes. When I got home, one order was cold and had 5 LITTLE traditional wings. The other order...the fries were slightly undercooked, and the fresh hot chicken...it was definitely hot, but the chicken had no color! It honestly looked like it was raw. It was the same color as raw chicken, and the sauce looked like it was just poured on top. We had to recook the chicken in the air fryer to make certain it was not undercooked. Our dinner cost me $32. Disappointed to say the least.
