Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered my food and they didn't give me any sauce, straws, or napkins. I was supposed to receive 2 sauces and 2 straws. I'm MAD! Won't be ordering here again. SMH🤦🏾‍♀️

Walked in 20mins after they opened. Wanted to sit in and eat but the Lobby was disgusting so we got our food to go. The soda machine was dirty. We didn’t even bother getting a drink. With them just opening and the place looked like that, it means they didn’t even bother cleaning anything the night before.

Paid for a 6 finger chicken plate and barely received 4. The cook , cashiers and workers sit around in the kitchen not working and rushing to give orders but still get it wrong. Had to ask them where is the sauces we even paid extra. I see why the reviews are so low

Not sure why every single time I mobile order from this location and try to pick up in drive thru, I’m told 20 minutes after my order was placed that my “order is just now popping up on the screen and you’ll have to come inside for it”
what’s the point of having a drive thru pick up option if I have to come in, and my food is still somehow lukewarm every time when it’s allegedly being made fresh? Employees tend to be just as rude as the food is mid at best. So not in line with the Zaxby’s I grew up around

The place sucks and there always messing up your order or forgetting something. Coleslaw always taste spoiled.
The workers are the ones giving good reviews becuase they know there store is going downhill

I had the seasoned fries and the chicken salad. The salad is big and was fresh.

Waited over 15 minutes in drive through for 2 very salty and a burned sandwich. Was contacted soon after I wrote review and offered a "re-do" that I could pick up next week; but that does not really take care of the problem of supper last night. A refund offer would have been better.

Friendly staff, I always see the same people working, they enjoy their jobs and are great with service. They sometimes come find me if I get distracted on my phone to bring my food!
One Sunday, I noticed they were providing table service to families better than you'd get at Chick-fil-A! So, if it's a Sunday after church, I recommend this place because well, THEY'RE ACTUALLY OPEN. Chick-fil-A is not. xD
I wish I knew the crews names to give a big shout-out, but I guess it appears to be mostly the same people who work closing shifts.
So, huge shout-out to the night crew here! Y'all need at least a few extra $/$$hour! And bonuses! Thanks for all you do!

Fries seemed refried and the chicken tenders were not hot. Some were fatty and stringy. I usually take the food back to have it corrected but this is like the fourth time I have had this experience at this location. It is a hit and miss. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is meh, which is so so.

Just keep getting worse and worse.. fries stale and hard food cold no seasoning on the fries... the Zaxbys in lexington put this one to shame.. it's sad I had to drive 30 mins to get good food and service when this one is less than 5 mins from my home.
