2nd time I been to this location, first time they messed my order up and I just let it go because they were busy. Completely dead, no line and my order is still messed up. I ordered Lemon pepper TRADITIONAL Wings and lemon pepper tenders with a large fry with EXTRA seasoning. There is no dry rub on either chicken and literally not a drop of seasoning on the friesđ This location is ridiculous, definitely not coming back

The food is always a hit or miss, If itâs good then youâre more than likely just having a good day. The service is trash and they really need help with their employees. The drive thru is really slow even when there isnât any foot traffic inside the restaurant, and when people park to go inside to place their orders that way, and if the employees notice, instead of working efficiently they lock the lobby doors. I been here since 8:35pm and itâs goin on 9:20pm.

Ordered outside easy to place order, when I reached the window was not greeted with a smile young lady expression was very sour. Took my bag n she just closed the window, i was trying to ask for some extra ketchup.

It's 9:30pm in December and it's 30 degrees outside! They have a young lady outside in this weather taking orders. This is not okay!!! It's rather cruel.

It took 6 days for the owner to respond. This is not a priority. The reviews of this location are pretty consistent and pretty accurate. Service reflects ownership.
We sat after ordering. Then sat at the window for 10 minutes. Cars wrapped around the building by the time we got our food. Cars pulling out of line. No apology. Nothing. Food was great. It's a shame the service is terrible.

The food was ok, not the best tho. But the service was just the worst part. It was the lunch rush and I understand they were stressed. But they only had one register open on the inside, they were out of most of the sodas, and they had even told me they were out of to-go boxes until a manager went back and looked for some.

I have had nothing but problems when ordering food here. I ordered the Asian zensation salad the portion I received was way less then what I paid for, the amount of salad didn't even make past half way in the take out bowl you get, pitiful when you walk in the rest room it's pretty gross to say the least. Management is responsible for a restaurant and seems like there is lack of management here at this establishment.

Waited for 40 minutes in the drive thru. Received the wrong drinks, the food was cold, and I didnât get a receipt. When asked what took so long I was told âwe had to drop foodâ. This location needs serious help. Would not recommend ANYONE going here.
