I recently visited this location during a time they had a system issue, which took over 25 minutes to resolve. Cool things happen but to give me some food that was sitting near the cash register (not under a heated lamp) is not acceptable and when I ask for a fresh order the cashier and the manager had an issue with it. In addition to the people who shakes were sitting by the window for the exact time. Stop taking orders until your system issue gets resolved so you can serve quality food. Something told me to go in while they remade my order. I literally watch the cook throw the previous order in the trash. My order was remade and when I asked for the receipt. The cashier said it was in the bag from the original order. The manager asked the cook for it and he didn’t move which I completely understood why. It was thrown in the trash and instead of them printing me a new one. Yep the manager went and pulled it from the trash. Now mind you she wasn’t aware that I had already gotten my order so when she went to give me the receipt she stuck it in a bag with somebody else’s order. I told her that’s not my food. I just asked for the receipt to have for my records. It’s always something with this Zaxbys, either they are out of traditional chicken, the system is down, they are trying to close early or the customer service isn’t the best. But if the manager handles challenges this way. The ratings and comments are a direct reflection of her. Customer’s spend good money to come out and eat only to run into this. Unacceptable!!!

Slowest zaxbys ever. They could have 3 cars in line and you’ll still be waiting for 30 minutes. There’s never been a time that I’ve come to this location and gotten my food under 10 minutes.

I had the Zaxby's Spicy Signature Sandwich Meal and was not impressed. The chicken could have definetly used more seasoning to include a bit of salt. This sandwich had zero heat and I was only given around 7 fries.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Sams crossing location always has a line wrapped no matter what time of day it is. Never out within 20 minutes. Today took 43 minutes in the drive thru, 50 bucks for 3 meals, and had to pull up and still wait just to get Luke warm fries and chicken. The chicken barely had sauce on it. The fries werent completely done. I went in because i needed to go to the ladies room and it was clean inside but I give up on this place entirely. It's not worth the time or money for me. Maybe they need a second location on this side of town or something. Definitely need better staff or management to keep things flowing.

Doordashers beware!!!!
They are stupid slow. And when the order you are there to pick up is ready they will let it sit behind the counter without calling the name out. Happened multiple times. Manager is responsible and needs to go!

2nd time I been to this location, first time they messed my order up and I just let it go because they were busy. Completely dead, no line and my order is still messed up. I ordered Lemon pepper TRADITIONAL Wings and lemon pepper tenders with a large fry with EXTRA seasoning. There is no dry rub on either chicken and literally not a drop of seasoning on the fries😂 This location is ridiculous, definitely not coming back
