Ordered outside easy to place order, when I reached the window was not greeted with a smile young lady expression was very sour. Took my bag n she just closed the window, i was trying to ask for some extra ketchup.
This Zaxby's is usually pretty busy and in my opinion kind of slow. I worked at Zaxby's before. I was about to be manager before I left. Your only making chicken for the most part and fries. So in my little opinion the wait should be shorter.
Since when can you not add cheese to your sandwich at the window before receiving your food. Why is the help always rude here? Blythewood location still the best here locally. Avoid this location. Its rated a 3.6 for a reason obviously. And to think I paid $14 for 1 mean and dealt with this. Sad.
