So for 6 years I’ve been eating at this restaurant and it’s been great up until 5 months ago something has changed for the worst. I used to get a piping hot 6 finger plate with hot fries and toast but lately it’s warm or overcooked chicken, mostly warm fries that are no longer crispy and sweet tea that’s not always sweet. The chicken tenders have gotten smaller as the price climbs, I used to brag on Zaxbys to our out of town visitors but I will no more! Guthries opens...
I had the Zaxby's Spicy Signature Sandwich Meal and was not impressed. The chicken could have definetly used more seasoning to include a bit of salt. This sandwich had zero heat and I was only given around 7 fries.

Ordered outside easy to place order, when I reached the window was not greeted with a smile young lady expression was very sour. Took my bag n she just closed the window, i was trying to ask for some extra ketchup.
