I ordered at the drive thru and Jakara E took my order. She didn’t take my order correctly and got a nasty attitude after she charged me for an item I didn’t want. Very unprofessional. Snatched my card out my hand when I asked for my refund. There’s no reason to treat your customers like that cuz you hate yo job.

This is nothing against the staff but the size of the wings in the combo I spent $12. 75 was egregious. They were micro wings at best. If I'd had looked in the box before leaving I would have demanded a refunded.

Zetta Mae was our cashier at the counter and she gave excellent service! Not only was she sweet. She made a great suggestion when it came to my wings which are amazing buffalo garlic. Service was fast. Food was hot. Great job she needs a promotion!

Absolutely, without a doubt the most disgusting and poorly managed Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to in my life.

The girls behind the counter are digging in their hair, rubbing their faces and talking crap about people (including my children!!), flirting with the cooks (none of which are wearing hats or gloves) while we waited thirty minutes for our chicken tenders and fries.

All the while practically begging people to complete a survey based on their experience? Gladly. I’m just another one in a long line of awful reviews.

Burn it down and start over. That’s the recommendation.

I am never one to complain, but this was completely the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you’re traveling through this area, grab a gas station snack and push through. Stopping here is not worth your time.

sad they went from prob the best zaxbys to the worst, line is long and wait is forever. employees and nice. but waiting 20 mins a a drive thru line or up front for them to have a long line. fries are hard.
