Places is ridiculous this like my third time getting a Cobb salad from here and every time i do they put a lil bit of tomato’s and cucumbers on it step y’all game up please and fries always cold never fresh

Feel free to watch a few episodes of that show you're binging cuz that's how long you'll be in the drive thru just for your food to be wrong and have to wait longer. Seems like they start cooking your food the moment you've already waited 30 minutes in line and you're at the window so you can wait another 20. So either they have 2 people on the line and 6 employees up front or a hamster all by his lonesome making the food in back of house.

We were traveling home to GA from NC and stopped to have dinner. Unfortunately , we had to wait 25 min that seemed like forever since they were busy taking care of Door Dash orders . However my kids were tired and hungry and I was tempted to cancel the order, but luckily one of the employees was very nice so we ended up waiting. We eat at Zaxby's every week and this was the worst experience we've ever had.

Ordered a food for the family and got shorted again!!! This is second time zaxbys has done this....ordered large fries and they gave me 1/4 of the what was ordered and paid for. Never again will I go there.

Service here is extremely slow. I placed my order 30 minutes prior to getting to the restaurant online. Here I am still waiting in the lobby and it’s been over 20 minutes. Then the front desk don’t move with no urgency. This service is more so like a 0 out of 10.

The customer service at this location sucks. I waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru line because the doors were locked tonight. At the window, I could hear the workers screaming obscenities, huddled up talking, and horse-playing. One employee was sitting on the counter top and another was filling up their soda cup. My kids didn’t get to eat because they fell asleep during the wait. After all that time, they still managed to get the order wrong.
