“It's Conway Burger Week, so I got their special CINO Burger. What a treat!!! If this becomes a regular menu item, it doesn't disappoint. If not, you've got through 9/25/22 to try it out. My only problem wasn't with the food or service in the restaurant. I tried to order and pay online and cake.net would not let me complete the payment. Other than that, go get a great burger and awesome atmosphere!!!“

“We had dinner tonight at Hop N Wich. Our server Hailey was excellent with service. I had the French dip. and my Wife and Daughter had the Coastal clubs. The food was excellent along with the service. This is a very nice restaurant with plenty of TV's and great atmosphere.“

My sister and I stopped by and were absolutely amazed at the staff, their friendliness and ability to get the food done in a short period of time. Staff was nice and friendly and the pizza and cheesy bread was delicious. Can't. say enough about the two young men at the front counter. I think one is the assistant manager. “As a door dash driver tht depends on food to be ready in a timely manner and napkins plates n seasonings because I like my customers to feel secure in the quality handling of all food n item stuffs well Ms makayla was so on point today I did 3 deliveries from them today n each time she knew what order I was picking up handed it to me fast n hot as I like to tk the extra mile so did she she had a grocery bag waiting for me each time with 2 plates sum napkins n 2 each of seasonings pk I could just pk up n go no waiting for extra items for my customers order n I was ableto bring it to them hot because she made sure I had my pizza bag with me so she is also looking out for her customers n the store she was busy busy n still had time to mk sure my end was covered papa John you have a 5 star employee 😀“

“This is an older KFC but these employees are the best. Same crew for a long time . The manager I don't know his name he is really a hard working man. Everything I go in there he is working harder then anyone he gets in there and does it all.. I think he is good man.. food always good service good..“

I ordered lemon pepper rub with ranch (that I paid for),but I also wanted buffalo sauce on the side, which is not on the website.So I called and ask the rude young lady to add the buffalo sauce. She stated that she couldn't change my order, although I kept telling her that I just wanted the sauce on the side. So she said I will throw in this time, but it won't happen again. Anyways, I get my order with the buffalo sauce and NO ranch dressing. So you say what was the big deal .. I order from this store and my order have never been under $60. This order was $70 because family was visiting due to my husband passing. And it pissed me off! No more of my money to Pizza Hut. And the food was under cooked and nasty.“

“I almost gave this three stars simply because my order was delivered much too early and was left outside the school on the ground, it then got stolen by other kids since the guy that delivered it didn’t bring it into the office. It was bad customer service. What saved the review is a woman named Susan. She’s delivered us pizza twice and both times she has been polite, she arrives to the school quickly and isn’t argumentative. The remade ticket left our drinks off and she personally made sure we got them after the guy failed to show up. She went above and beyond to make sure we got our correct order and was friendly the whole way. I’m not sure if all the other workers act like the guy but I hope this dominoes gives her either a raise or a promotion for her excellent customer service.“
