5 Best Chicken Wings in Georgetown

This store gets four because of its manager and overall customer service from her!! Kudos to Shana for making things right (I hope I spelled her name correctly)

I have personally been ordering from the store since it first opened when Mr Arthur was manager. Since then it has been going through quite a bit of changes. Staff and things could definitely be better but management is clearly working on it. Food quality has went up but some things are not quite up to par. That could be a corporate thing.

The reason this store gets four stars as I said is one because of the customer service but this particular incident (I've included pictures) was not the best ones, however, management made it right!! And although the sandwiches were burnt the pizza was amazing!!! And the situation was handled quickly by Shana (again I hope I spelled it right) and truly brought me to a satisfactory result.

For that reason I will continue to order here. Because management cares!!!!“
