“It has been a while since our last visit. The food was great as always, but the service was off. It took almost 45 minutes from the time we ordered until the food arrived. Made me wonder if that was why the restaurant wasn't busy on a Firday night. We will visit again.“

“If you want to experience a simple but homely feeling while eating breakfast outside of your house, this is the place. We live out of state, and we decided to have our breakfast here, and we did like it. It's is a simple place but I like their food and service.“

“My wife and I stopped in and I have eaten a lot of different hamburgers from different places. My wife occasionally eats a burger. We ordered a burger each and I can honestly say that was the best hamburger my wife and I have ever eaten. We recommend Janette’s, the service and food is awesome. We will definitely return for another burger and try other options on their menu. Please support their local business. It’s definitely worth it.“

“(wrote this review on Google as well) Eve's is what I call local food and service you DO write home about. I'll say, back home, there's no establishments like her restaurant. Loved the place so much we couldn't stop talking and thinking about it after the first visit. We came back a 2nd time the same week before I had to fly back home. Tried about half the menu from the j*** chicken, curry goat, curry oxtail, and ribs. Don't forget about the sides! Collard greens, candied yams, plaintains, potato salad, chicken rice, corn bread. Ginger tea, lemonade. Pound cake. Peach cobbler. D E L I C I O U S. The portions were all just right for the price and the food is really packing with flavor. Favorites are definitely the j*** chicken, chicken rice, and plaintains, corn bread was the perfect type of sweet! To really top it off, we really adored Eve and her staff. Absolutely friendly and kind folks!!! If I could, I'd order her food to get shipped to me in my state. Thank you Eve and staff for such an incredible experience and we look forward to coming back again when I'm in town. “My daughter decided that she wanted a sweet potato pie instead of cake for her birthday. I wound up being under the weather and couldn’t make it for her. We stopped by Aunny’s on our way to Pawley’s after calling and confirming that they had a whole pie and would sell it to us. It was a delicious pie and my daughter was very happy. “The family and I had lunch here while visiting the local shops. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Service was quick and frequent. We loved the food too. I really liked the BBQ Brisket Nachos, it's definitely worth trying. The wife had the French dip, which she said was perfect. There is seating outside by the water which was nice too. The only thing I saw needed some improvement was the bathroom. Some stains and graffiti just made it seem less than appealing.

Parking: The parking is on the street out back behind the restaurant as it faces the opposite way towards the water. Just a small walk though“

“We stopped by after our Labor Day weekend end . Everyone was so friendly ! Kacie was our waitress and we loved her !!! Everything was great! Fried pickles , the pretzel ( might have been the biggest hit ) BLT , tavern club , and steak and cheese ! We will definitely go back ! “soco grille is an awesome restaurant. we have great staff come out and see us ask about our specials and we do have discounts for veterans and all first responders. as well as friend family.“

“Best quick and easy diner around easily. The people that work there are awesome and the food is always amazing. The JBB chicken sandwich is the best thing on the menu in my opinion. This place is one of the only places with actually crispy fries as well. Best off all its cheaper than fast food.
