Dunkin' in Conway has mixed reviews. Some found the food disappointing with greasy hashbrowns and messy donuts, suspecting lack of care in the kitchen. However, others praised the accommodating staff, like the sweet girl who quickly replaced a melted order. While there are occasional order mix-ups, the manager is quick to fix them. The drive-thru has ample parking, allowing for a relaxed morning coffee stop.
