We had a great dinner tonight! The food was wonderful. The service was fantastic. Actually I had left my phone in our booth and our server Ada ran it out to our car for me.
We attempted to have dinner here last night around 7 pm. The hostess sat us at our table and we sat there for almost 20 minutes before we left. No one ever greeted us, took our drink order, nothing. I saw one server as we sat there but it seemed she was only attending to one particular table. We’ve been here multiple times and always had a good experience but I do not see myself returning anytime soon
We were weekly customers until today. The server that we were stuck with today is the worst server possible. We had to ask for refills and more food. We had to flag her down anytime we needed something. When we received the bill she attached the tip automatically. We normally tip very well based on the service and we change the tip amount to what she actually deserved but still a good tip. She chased me out the door stating I owed her.
