Got my food, it was hot, but I could tell it wasn't fresh as it was very hard. The fires were limp and old, the chicken fingers were hard, and tasted bad, like old oil or something. Was told by an employee as he was apologizing to me that the cooks do not use timers or throw away old food. Of the night staff he said he was the only one over 17 and as he had not been there long he couldn't change anything. I had a great experience this morning. I did a curbside pickup and first, the website is so easy to navigate and when I arrived I only waited a few short minutes (mind you i was a few minutes early than my pick up time was) The gentleman who brought my food out was kind, asked if I had everything before driving off and when I got home to eat the food it was hot and so good! Not pictured (kids chicken finger) delicious!
Carlos. Chris. Jabbar.Samone.Mason and the whole staff was polite and really hustle to take care of everything.

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves fresh food. The manager is cool and attentive. The staff are friendly and nice. The place is clean, with booths being pulled and cleaned. The chicken is hot and fresh, and the fries are good. They have milkshakes and lemonade. However, some customers had issues with missing items in their meals, such as eggs and bacon in their cobb salads, and the place can be pricey. Some customers also experienced long wait times and disorganization. Overall, the staff's friendliness and the food's freshness make it a worthwhile visit.
