Got my food, it was hot, but I could tell it wasn't fresh as it was very hard. The fires were limp and old, the chicken fingers were hard, and tasted bad, like old oil or something. Was told by an employee as he was apologizing to me that the cooks do not use timers or throw away old food. Of the night staff he said he was the only one over 17 and as he had not been there long he couldn't change anything. The store was short staffed. Everyone was pleasant. Even the cooks in the back were respectful to manager and kept a pleasant demeanor as they were working extremely hard to keep things going. Unfortunately, the fries were hard crispy and brown not tasty at all. The funnel cake was hard as pretzels or jawbreaker candy. I was unable to eat either one for over $7…. Dissatisfied customer…

This place needs a lot of help. Especially in the kitchen. It takes forever to get my orders, inside, and through drive thru. They need a better crew, or new management, whichever would make it better.
