I'll admit I was there at closing time. I was one of the last cars in the drive thru. But when I got up to the window, a young man was standing outside of the window. He obviously worked there and was yelling in the window to the young woman on the mic. I just don't see the purpose in screaming and cussing at each other while there are customers in the drive thru

Just got done eating here ,worse Zaxby's ever by fare ,The manager was very rude and loud,She didn't greet us or no smile.The cooks in the back burnt all of our chicken tenders and forgot a meal,we had to wait a extra 10 minutes to get it ,definitely won't be back to this Zaxby's

I ordered the zensatuon salad. It was so disappointing. $11.32! The first time I received it, it had little shreds of chicken over a handful of lettuce and barely any any Tortola things, and the egg roll was barely the size of my hand. I walked it back to the counter and ask them to do it over. Only for it to come back worse with chunks of chicken an still no lettuce. Chicken was cold (grilled).

as we were going in, the people before us saw an roach on the keypad and i also saw it as well so me and my bf just decided to leave and eat somewhere else.. because if yall have roaches in the dining area then yall definitely got roaches in kitchen area

Everytime I go I’m waiting 20+ minutes just to order food in the drive through. This place has terrible customer service for the amount you pay to eat. If they are not short staffed, there’s “something wrong with the computers”. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes in the drive through just to place an order when there’s no one in the restaurant.
