I've ate here for a long time but recently I have had the worst service, I contacted the owner, that got me nowhere. waited a few months, went once again and nothing changed! I waited 30 mins on a call in and they told me to wait 20 mins till its ready so that's a total of 50 mins when they aren't busy. they overcharged me, the food was not eatable, and the service was just poor. I am disappointed to say the least.

I called a order in at 7pm today was told 30 mins. when I got there it wasn't ready. At 8:15 I ask about my food and the girl looks behind her it's been sitting there for however long. got home 3 of my burger plates had fries when I wanted Orings and one was suppose to just be a burger. I eat there Mabey once a month and this is why.

Two weeks ago I Ordered from Grubhub for Crawford’s. Grubhub person stole the order or delivered to wrong place. Called Grubhub got a refund. Decided to call restaurant just to give them a heads up about their Grubhub driver. lady that answered was nice listened and said whoa let me give you the manager. “Manager” gets on I tell her what happened (thinking it’s a friendly heads up kinda thing and I’d get a thanks for letting us know NOPE...) she says “well don’t order from Grubhub”.

We like to go here for a quick meal. For a small dining area they offer a good variety of meals. Good wings, burgers, chicken strips, salads and quesidillas. They also have a take out if you prefer to eat at home.

My favorite spot for wings. Used to go here at least once a month when we we’re leaving in Cowpens. Came up to visit friends and swung by. Still my favorite place for wings! Love their Patty Melts too...

This is a great little wing joint located in the Metropolitan of Cowpens. The decor of joint is awesome and very clean. The service was friendly and helpful; eye candy bonus. Ordered wings family pack and the wings were one of the best in South. Only downside was 39 minute wait, I was going to give 4 Stars, the great food and friendly service trumped the 4 stars and made it 5 STARS!!!!!!!

Not impressed. We waited 45 minutes for our food, half of which arrived cold, and honestly probably wouldn't have been much better warm. The hamburger steak was thin like a fast food patty and very bland. Our waitress was nice, but other staff seemed more interested in hanging out than actually working. Definitely the last time we'll visit.

We hadn’t been in almost a year until our visit today. I wonder if this place has changed ownership. I didn’t recognize any of the staff. The service was terrible. We sat 12 minutes before anybody even came out of the kitchen to take a drink order. By the time our simple lunch came we had been seated over 40 minutes.There were only three other tables occupied when we arrived and two of them were finished and about to pay their bills. None of the three females who flitted in and out of the kitchen seemed very concerned with customer satisfaction. I doubt that we will return to Crawford’s.
