Bought 3 original bags; 2 were double cheeseburgers and the other was a chicken wrap. Burgers nothing like the picture. Really dry, probably because of how thin they were. Tastedok but dry and to top it off, they didn't have any Coke or Dr. Pepper to drink. Price was good. Was expecting 3 separate bags; everything was in one bag.

I'm a big fan of this Hardee's. We had the original big bag which comes with two double cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The main lobby and eating area was clean and the staff and manager were very attentive,making sure our order was correct and the food to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this Hardee's.

Our visits are usually for breakfast using the drive through for convenience. But often we aren't sure if what we ordered is what we get. I'm not sure how a blueberry biscuit can be confused with a cinnamon roll. Or how a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit can be delivered without the bacon. Then the missing items are an issue. It doesn't matter how great the food is, the lack of good service will reduce patronage. Corporate management should assist this location with measures to overcome their service issues and make the customer orders a priority.
So it's pretty simple, requested my normal fare, requested Sweet'N low, ketchup, salt, and ranch dressing for my chicken fingers. I got napkins and a straw. And you all want $15 an hour.
