Gave me someone else’s order and charged me for it also. When I complained, The Black female manager said I didn’t charge you anything in a very nasty manner. She needs to be fired immediately because of her attitude towards customers.And just so the OWNER Knows, I have contacted Corporate about this issue.

Bought 3 original bags; 2 were double cheeseburgers and the other was a chicken wrap. Burgers nothing like the picture. Really dry, probably because of how thin they were. Tastedok but dry and to top it off, they didn't have any Coke or Dr. Pepper to drink. Price was good. Was expecting 3 separate bags; everything was in one bag.

I'm a big fan of this Hardee's. We had the original big bag which comes with two double cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The main lobby and eating area was clean and the staff and manager were very attentive,making sure our order was correct and the food to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this Hardee's.

There are many reasons why I would never go back to this place. Mainly, it is absolutely garbage.
Friendly and patient staff. Food is more often than not exactly what you'd expect/pay for. They are very helpful and understanding definitely a store every one should support a pillar of cowpens.
