Had my service dog with me and wasn’t allowed to be there. The female worker rudely came up to me and said “you need to get that pup out of here. Is it a service animal?” And I replied “yes” with his tag, leash and everything on. She then said “you still have to leave, NOW!” Never again will I come here or advise any of my friends to come there, horrible service and attitude!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. We had a documented service dog and they refused us access. We told them they could be federally sued and the lady in the kitchen had a horrible attitude and then decided to have a staring contest. Her husband, the bartender who is incredibly nice, went over to tell her to chill out because she was aching out of line. There is a sign posted outside that allows service animals, but she was incredibly rude and condescending and said the dog MUST go outside. Will not be going back.

Best place for lunch on the island! Cool atmosphere and cold AC. Food was ready in five minutes. Get away from the chaos of Freeport and enjoy the laid back atmosphere at the sportsman’s pub.

The food was horrible, the kids chicken nuggets were inedible.

Loved the atmosphere and the people working there were great BUT I wasn't at all impressed with the bar type food that was 80 bucks for 2 burgers and some wings

Made to order, extremely pleasant, food was really good! I expected something sort of basic for this island and it was way WAY better than I expected! Horses are an added lovely bonus. Side note: cook’s playlist was wide ranging and wonderful! Very glad we rented the golf cart and made the trip. Definitely make this part of your trip!!!

Can’t say enough about how much we loved this beautiful southern pub. Probably because we fell in love with Jeff and Katie. They are so hospitable and welcoming. We will be back!!! The pub is beautiful.

Our first night here we got some takeout from this pub and the food was amazing. We only did take out because we wanted to explore the island. The next day we came back for lunch. This is a great little place on the island. There's pool tables and outdoor type games. There is tons of seating and lots of different options. You can sit at a table or on the couch, you can go outside. The food itself was phenomenal. I'm originally from Pennsylvania and I got a Philly cheese steak that was actually a Philly cheese steak. I mean it is the closest I've had since growing up. I absolutely love the food love just sitting inside and relaxing, and when you do go outside the view is beautiful.
