This is not to take away from anyone's negative experience, but I always have a positive experience when I eat here. I barely eat out but the food has always been fresh and the customer service has always been pleasant, so far. I think the standard at Cook Out is food freshly made to order, which I can respect. I definitely wanted to leave this 5-star review because I think it's just as important for me to leave reviews about my positive experiences as it is to leave...

Ice cold AC. Friendly service and really good food for the price. I ordered the double cheeseburgers with some add ons, the walking taco, fries and heath milk shake for a whopping total of $10.55, I mean that was one hell of a meal for the price. Lots of value and amazing food. Also, it's right by a Tesla large amount of Tesla chargers.

We normally like Cook out and use the drive up all the time.
This time we used the dining room and we're very disappointed.
There is no doubt that drive up takes precedence. It took some time before we were waited on.
Finally, the place is DIRTY and the men's restroom was disgusting.
I'm not sure what happened but the kitchen floor was all wet with the employees walking through it.
My recommendation ---don't stop...
