The day worst ever it took 25 to 30 minutes to get our food!!! Under staff and personal moving like snails! Did not have Zax sauce, Ranch dipping sauce or Ranch salad dressing. Napkin holder low on napkins. Employees playing with their long hair not pulled up scratching their head around food. Start off not good to see dead roach on the floor in the Dining area. Tea container lid for tea left off and bar sticky. Crumbs on table tops floor and seats sticky. Was there around 40 minutes not one employee came out to wipe tables off after customers left. Mans rest room needed to be empty. Parking lot needs a good cleaning.
fast friendly service, great people especially Mrs. Tomeka the General Manager she goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a diverse menu with fresh, hot food and friendly staff, providing a satisfying dining experience. While the restaurant can get busy, it maintains a clean atmosphere and serves some of the best fast food chicken. However, some customers have noted that this location can be very dirty, which detracts from the overall experience. Despite this, the customer service has received praise, particularly from a staff member named Patrick. Many visitors have found the food good, with well-made salads that include plenty of toppings. Overall, Zaxby's remains a recommended option for those seeking a taste of southern-style cuisine, but customers might prefer using the drive-thru due to concerns about service speed and cleanliness.
