First time trying Zaxby's, and I'm super impressed!! Clean restaurant, fresh HOT food & friendly, helpful staff. Some of the best fast food chicken I've ever had. I shall return.

Terrible. This store will tell you the last hour before closing that they are out of salad, regular wings, tea etc. they don’t want to work and have all the food on the menu. The service is very slow. I will not recommend this Zaxby. You better off going to Lumberton Zaxby. Lazy terrible workers, management need to check this out. I came in at 2/1/24 @ 8:38pm

Arrived at the drive thru at 4:57 pm. Parking lot was empty and the lobby was closed. Even though it says online that they were open. There is a sign on the door that says they close early.

Wish it can get a 0. How are you a fast food restaurant and can’t stay open. To the corporation of Zaxby’s; how is it your regional, let alone area leader can’t find a good quality GM that holds you guys policy’s up to standards of the higher ups is crazy. RIDICULOUS!! ?

Says the Business updated the hours 6 days ago yet when I pulled up 30 minutes before closing there wasn’t a soul there. That means they have been closed for at least an hour.

The dining room is closed. It seems to be a trend. This will impact my decision on a negative way of choosing to come back to this Zaxbys. Drive thru is good only when you are in a rush. For being so close to the highway must people would like to come in, use the facilities, and eat. Several items, although part of the recipe, are not available like bacon. Also, there are no water bottles. A new sandwich is advertised but not available, Philly Cheken Sandwich.

Dillon SC Last 4 visits couldn't get a receipt for my Zax points Every time I ask for a receipt they tell me the machine is broke.

Website said opened until 11pm. Was there at 8:30 and no one was inside. Saw employees hiding inside or out in their cars
Very loud in this restaurant. Clerk got our order wrong. She said she called "Jeff" But she didn't make sure that Jeff got his order. Jeff got the wrong order. We got the wrong salad, the wrong dressing and we then there was a quick change from a Cobb salad to a House salad with traces of Cobb salad in it. This place is a disaster. Clerks don't care. He floor was not clean, tables not clean, windows not clean. Restroom not clean. They could learn a lot from Culvers chain. Or Panera Bread. After all that, we had plastic dishes and we took them home for recycling. It is a problem with too much plastic.

They are really rude. They have a sign up that's BACKWARDS saying online order. When walking back out one of the works "don't the sign say closed" PLEASE SOMEONE TELL THEM TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL! It was a female working in the back. Everyone is tired and trying to make it home from this Thanksgivings break. ON TOP OF THAT WE GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND THEY GIVE US THE WRONG ORDER!!! THEY JUST NEED TO TAKE IT HOME FOR THE DAY

Arrived at approximately 8:00 p.m. Lobby locked up drive-through closed when you look at the hours it says 11:00 p.m. they are located in Dillon South Carolina right off of I-95 Saxby management should be more aware of what their franchise stores are doing this place sucked.

We ordered two Zaxbys Club Sandwiches and one without tomatoes, and they both had Zax sauce and and bacon only with cheese.... and it was very over powering with salt.

I saw couple of employees hiding and jiggling on the lobby while there was couple of cars trying to figure why the restaurant was close so earlySuch a bad experience I end up going to Taco Bell instead
