Went there on 12/18/23. We were first directed to use the kiosk to place our order. We were having a little trouble understanding the process since we wanted to modify our choices. That is when Terry offered to help. He took us to the register and placed our order for us. He was great, I wish I had that same customer service everywhere I ate. I went through the drive-through. It was on a Friday afternoon. I stopped here tonight while on the road south to FL for a quick burrito supreme and taco. Probably the cleanest Taco Bell I've been in, including the bathroom. Employees were polite and quick! The food was actually perfect. It looked like one of the menu pics. How often does that happen? I wouldn't normally leave a review for a Taco Bell, but the employees deserved some recognition. All respect to these kids that do these jobs and actually do a good job!! Thank you!!
