Each and every time I go to this location, I order “sweet tea”. It’s anything but sweet. Just brown water. I don’t pay for brown water, when I ask for sweet tea, I want sweet tea. But everywhere I go and get tea, it’s the same. What’s up with not putting sugar in the tea. I don’t want a watered down fountain drink. AND, the speaker hasn’t worked right in quite a minute, can barely hear who’s taking my order.
Wife and I went through the drive through and we talked to a guy named JVR, I don’t know if I have his name right. My apologies if I dont. But anyway. He was very polite and kind. He made us feel very welcome to visit there. Now that’s Customer Service !
Ordered on app.. food hot, fresh and ready upon arrival.. plates got parchment paper.. nice touch..

KFC offers delicious crispy hot wings and chicken nuggets. The Dillon SC location is clean with friendly staff, always serving perfectly fried chicken. Customers enjoy the chicken tenders and mac and cheese, but the mashed potatoes and biscuits need improvement.
