Typically, when I see a Popeye's with under four star rating, I assume it's the service. They tend to get a lot of pushback about unpleasant employees. That was not the case at this location. I ordered online for drive-thru pickup and the lady at the window was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I asked for extra pickles and instead got zero pickles. Also, no napkins. The food here is always good but the customer service is terrible. This is the second time I have been to this establishment and gotten bad customer service . The girl who took my order was sweet n welcoming, but all that changed as soon as I got to the window . It was definitely not the same girl. Who was ever working the drive through the big 18 year old man was maybe the kindest person I’ve ever met. He had the most respect I’ve encountered in a short time. I wish pop eyes would see this and hook him up
