Stopped in tonight on our long drive home to Athens. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly young woman. The store was clean and the bathroom was clean. I wish a lot more Arby’s were like this one. Whoever the young woman is that was working tonight needs to be recognized for her outstanding attitude! Great job!

We have been twice and 9:30 or earlier and all the outside signs are off. Signs, menu boards, etc. They are open until 10 on the website. We went thru the drive thru at 9:30 and ordered 2 milkshakes. They told us the milkshake machine was down at the moment. We just went across the street, their milkshake machine was up, all lights on.

I hadn't gone to an Arby's in years. Recently I noticed there were a number of new items to try. I ordered a Deluxe fish sandwich, curly fries and I also tried the Reuben sandwich. All were very delicious.

The fish sandwich was dry and cold then of course when I tried to call and talk with someone, no one answered the phone.
I got a fish sandwich The fish the bread the cheese the tartar sauce all of it was dry and disgusting I took one bite and spit it out. I wanted to turn around but I was already too far down the interstate. The service was great the young blonde chick was super kind, (and why it got a two-star rating instead of one) but the food was absolute trash!!!
