We have been twice and 9:30 or earlier and all the outside signs are off. Signs, menu boards, etc. They are open until 10 on the website. We went thru the drive thru at 9:30 and ordered 2 milkshakes. They told us the milkshake machine was down at the moment. We just went across the street, their milkshake machine was up, all lights on.

I hadn't gone to an Arby's in years. Recently I noticed there were a number of new items to try. I ordered a Deluxe fish sandwich, curly fries and I also tried the Reuben sandwich. All were very delicious.

I got a fish sandwich The fish the bread the cheese the tartar sauce all of it was dry and disgusting I took one bite and spit it out. I wanted to turn around but I was already too far down the interstate. The service was great the young blonde chick was super kind, (and why it got a two-star rating instead of one) but the food was absolute trash!!!

Best Arby's location! We love going to the Duncan location. Our orders have always been accurate, food is hot, and the cashier on weekday evenings is super pleasant, wish I knew his name for accolades! We especially love getting the Beef N Cheddar for a quick weeknight meal.
