I was excited by their menu and breakfast is my favorite meal, plus I've grown up in South Carolina so a southern business means they should excel at customer service with southern hospitality. Unfortunately, I was met with neither friendly service nor good food. When I walked in the door and up to the counter, no one greeted me, I only got a "what do you want?" from the cashier. Considering it was my first time and I had my toddler with me, I needed a minute to look at the menu and she was not thrilled by that nor did she help me navigate it by suggesting anything. They did not have any milk for my toddler and they wanted to charge me for water, so he simply shared an unimpressive but expensive strawberry lemonade with me. After I ordered, she just turned away from me to the next person, so I had absolutely no idea whether I was supposed to wait at the counter or sit down, so I chose the closest seat to the counter and just waited confused? We ended up sharing a breakfast platter (biscuit, bacon, grits, and eggs), a hashbrown, and a dessert (some strawberry swirl thing?). At the very least, the biscuit tasted nice, so they got their name right, but I was suprised by how flavorless the grits and hashbrown was, I didn't even know you could take the flavor out of a hashbrown, but they succeeded. The eggs were scrambled so much that they had crumbled and I had to eat them with a spoon, just kinda weird. The dessert was decent, though I never figured out what it was I was eating lol. In the end, it was $17 for the two of us and I left feeling disappointed and wishing I had gone to pretty much anywhere else for breakfast. I will not be returning to this franchise anytime soon, that's for sure.

Meh... This one has a staff that is not helpful and does a poor job putting things together. Biscuits were mashed flat, muffins undercooked and mushy, girl.at drive through was not helpful. Owner / corporate better get involved to right this ship. Will NOT be back to this one

We don't have one of these where I live, but I try to always stop when traveling near one. They are always friendly and helpful. This is the first place where I ordered a grilled chicken and egg biscuit and the food was actually seasoned well and cooked well. The steak won't disappoint nor will the cackalacky sauce. It's also a nice place for kids, as they make biscuits fresh every 15 minutes and you can watch them through a window.

Sorry, but I don’t get the hype for this place. The food was mediocre at best. Biscuits were flat and dry. The potatoes were decent but lacked any seasoning. This location is new yet tables and chairs were dirty. We went at 8:30 am and hardly anyone inside eating so you would figure the quality and cleanliness would be better. Only saving grace is the lady taking the orders was friendly and attentive.

Not sure why this place doesn't have a score at least higher than 4 stars the reviewers are probably nitpicking. As for my review I have zero complaints every time I have a chance to come by the service is great, the staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh and tasty.

Everyone is really nice and helpful. The coffee is really good and so are the raspberry swirls. The food is pretty good and comes out fast.

Been a few times. My biggest complaint is that the biscuits are just OK. I would expect "Biscuitville" to have the best biscuits in town. The chicken is terrible. The other items are good.

Wish I had taken a photo of the biscuit I had. It was very pale, not golden at all, and very flour-y. I think it could have baked longer, honestly. Cheese was not melted. We used a BOGO coupon, so at least we didn’t pay full price for two biscuits. I think the price for a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit is too high. Service was friendly but the interior decor is strangely industrial.

We keep trying this place because it seems like 50/50 if the order is correct. Last week I asked for an egg and cheese biscuit with extra extra cheese. I worked food service all thru high school and college and I get how ridiculous POS systems can be, but I didn't think that was unclear? The cashier asked what did I mean. I said I want the cheese which comes on the sandwich and then 2 more servings of cheese. She again didn't understand me. She asked how much cheese I wanted. I had to say again total of 3 pieces of cheese on the sandwich! Gosh. It's not a complicated order or anything. Got home and ended up with a biscuit with one piece of cheese and a piece of chicken on it, and I don't eat meat. Tried this restaurant again today, this time got the platter for my husband. Asked for and paid extra for gravy on the side. Get home, they gave us a container of grits we don't eat and didn't order, no gravy. Will not be going back. It's a waste of time trying to order here because you never get what you pay for and the cashiers don't listen.
