I went in at 6:30 on a Thursday night. I ordered a gravy biscuit combo large, a plain biscuit and chicken supremes. I was told they needed to make fresh Bo rounds did I want to wait. I said yes. Then they said they had to make fresh biscuits. Did I want to wait. I said yes. I was there almost 20 minutes. When I got home the biscuit in my chicken supremes was in pieces. I had 6 no rounds dumped in the box with my chicken supremes. 6 is not a large. Not to mention the entire time I was in there the crew in the back was complaining about being at work

It's Bo Time! While different franchisees offer different promotional items, the core biscuits are good at pretty much every Bojangles I've visited.

When i say the Scallop and shrimp Hibachi was the best!!!! Man I mean iy was toooooo delicious! 5 stars!!! The carrots were sweet and flavorful and the sauce did the trick if you needed a balance between savory and sweet.

Food is good for the price (everything is high now so), but the mobile app has issues. Specifically curbside just doesn't work. Tried it on the east side and had to go in and now at Duncan store. Employee just told me the they are not notified that curbside people have arrived (and apparently they don't look out the drive thru window to check as curbside parking is directly across). I used the mobile app and curbside as I was on a work call, but highly suggest that people stick to the drive-thru and if you use the app because of a special app offer or you have a promo code, just go through the drive thru or walk in to pick up your order as they aren't coming out 😀

Stopped by for lunch while passing through and had to go out of my way to compliment this location! Our Bojangles at home is seriously lacking in comparison to this one. Really kind workers at window, fresh and hot chicken, and fluffy buttery biscuits. I’m satisfied! Thank you!

I can’t believe this. I’ve always enjoyed the Bo-Rito from the Bojangles in Duncan, SC—but this morning I bit into mine and found a ball of hair inside. Not just a strand, a ball of hair! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today, but this is absolutely unacceptable. They offered me another one—absolutely not. Yes, I received my money back, but that right there was enough for me. I will not be going back.
Love Bojangles!!! The food is amazing fresh and hot! Love their chicken and especially their Dirty Rice!! The prices are great also! I highly recommend them!

Food was not the best Bojangles I've ever had. It was warm but not piping hot.The service was subpar at nest. A nice young girl greeted us at the cash register to take our order. Then another very rude young girl with a nasty stank attitude brought our trays to us and plopped them on the counter. She did not read the order accurately and placed the wrong sides with the wrong order. Then, when we politely mentioned it to her, she grabbed them, almost dropping the fries and threw them on the correct plate. I shot her a look as to say, "are you serious?" She just stared and walked away. The manager was right there on the line grabbing biscuits, and looked intimidated by these kids. Then there were 2 young boys that came in who were standing at the counter the whole time we were trying to eat being loud with the staff as they all were enjoying whatever fun they were having. This is not the way an establishment should be ran.
