I can’t believe this. I’ve always enjoyed the Bo-Rito from the Bojangles in Duncan, SC—but this morning I bit into mine and found a ball of hair inside. Not just a strand, a ball of hair! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today, but this is absolutely unacceptable. They offered me another one—absolutely not. Yes, I received my money back, but that right there was enough for me. I will not be going back.

Food was not the best Bojangles I've ever had. It was warm but not piping hot.The service was subpar at nest. A nice young girl greeted us at the cash register to take our order. Then another very rude young girl with a nasty stank attitude brought our trays to us and plopped them on the counter. She did not read the order accurately and placed the wrong sides with the wrong order. Then, when we politely mentioned it to her, she grabbed them, almost dropping the fries and threw them on the correct plate. I shot her a look as to say, "are you serious?" She just stared and walked away. The manager was right there on the line grabbing biscuits, and looked intimidated by these kids. Then there were 2 young boys that came in who were standing at the counter the whole time we were trying to eat being loud with the staff as they all were enjoying whatever fun they were having. This is not the way an establishment should be ran.

Drive thru went quick despite a daunting line when approaching. The food was good and priced to make it a real value.
Went there this morning order a chicken biscuit combo fries not bo rounds and a chicken egg and cheese. When we got the food we had bo rounds and both drinks had no ice. When we asked the lady that took the order for ice were informed that that the ice machine was out. They never told us that before we orderd
Whatever you do, if you live in Duncan, SC do not visit the Bojangles there. It is a sewer and a disgrace. After waiting in parking lot for thirty minutes on a very simple order, it was all wrong when ut finally came out. When they returned with the order, you coukd tell ut was old and the fries were cold. Avoid this place at all costs. It should be closed down.

During my visit, there were 4 men and 1 woman working. None of the employees had on hair nets. With the exception of 1 male employee, the other had long dreads for the 3 men, and the women mo dreads, but with long hair, at least she had her hair up in a pony tail. Isn't there a hygiene requirement that food servicers should at least have hair up and not swinging around the food? Other than that, they were polite.
