After the remnants of hurricane Helene rolled through leaving Spartanberg County and Duncan with nearly 100% of its power out. This occurred on Friday Duncan’ Chick-Fil-a was one of just a few restaurants capable of opening on Saturday. They did just that the place was packed all day. Unfortunately with the situation the same on Sunday the store stuck with there “Christian values” and closed. Explain how not serving your community when it is in need is even close to Christian Values. Enjoy your day off while your many in community do not know where we will eat today.

Absolutely horrible service delayed for 15 minutes in receiving our food meanwhile 12 cars had already received their orders. I will not be back to this location.

They restored my faith in Chick-fil-A. I’ve been going to the one in Boiling Springs and they continually get my order wrong, give crazy small portions or old food. But at DUNCAN the food is FRESH, the order is RIGHT and the service is AMAZING! Yall are killing it! Will definitely be back.
