I was extremely disappointed with this chick fil a recently. I door dashed lunch for my son so I could bring it to him at school, and I work so I didnât have time to stop by there. The bags were sealed. Missing all of his nuggets, the sprite was soda water with no flavor, and there were literally 5 soggy fries in the carton. No lunch for him today.

This weekend I got a gift from Chick-fil-A for my birthday, an entree. I order a market salad spicy grill, unfortunately it was not an option for grill but one for spicy filet (.20 cent difference), they guys at the drive thru outside promoâd it, I pull up w/ window down and another person asked me my name cause apparently they didnât want to give it to me. I pull up some more and the manager comes out to verify the âgiftâ. At this point just keep your salad and give me the food I paid for. Fresh off of 10hr shift in this long slow line I donât have time to be harassed for an over priced salad that was gifted to me. It will be my pleasure to never spend a dime @ this location again. But wanna give me that nasty cookie for the inconvenience. Keep your cookie too.

The ridiculous mobile thru is an empty waste of space while the one lane drive-through line stretches all the way onto the street and you canât join it from the parking lot. We pulled back around and went to Zaxbyâs!
Would love to give them a five stars but they were closed on Sunday. People who have no choice but to eat out can't enjoy what is supposed to be great chicken. Walked a bit further to the Cracker Barrel and had their chicken instead. It was great there.
The place looked nice, they get great reviews, but I can't understand why they can't be open on Sundays when clearly some people were working there with delivery truck bringing in supplies on a Sunday.

Greeted by an African American gentleman wearing a polo (Iâm not sure of his name) - not sure if he was a shift leader or manager, but he was absolutely running the show here. Made sure people got their orders quickly. Very impressed and the entire staff here is incredible.
