If I could give 0 stars I would. I went around 9pm last night, and didn’t get my usual order as they were out of multiple different ingredients. One of the workers said “oh I didn’t notice we were all out” with a laugh/smile. The ingredients they had looked old, and the meat options looked severely overcooked, but I thought, well there are food safety standards so it will be fine. When I got home, the meat was so overcooked it didn’t even have a good texture anymore. I ate my entire order except for half of the meat since it was inedible because of the texture. But the biggest reason why this location deserves 0 stars, is because I woke up at 6am this morning with the worst food poisoning of my life. I genuinely thought I was going to die. As I write this, I still have symptoms of food poisoning. Do better.

Great Place, excellent management. It was busy today after church but the line moved very fast, plenty of seating inside and outside on the patio. I recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.

I have visited this location multiple times and the only good time to come would be afternoon. On several occasions a hour before closing or 30 minutes they always dont have chicken or steak, rice. On today the grill was not clean yet. So they could still cook they were out of chicken, queso, vingarette, casa acada, and corn salsa being out of all of this caused several us your customers to walk out. I have worked in restaurants and shutting the grill down before closing and turning away customers because they want to leave at closing time is unacceptable. If its a hour before dont waste you time go to another location

Horrible service at that place. Been there a few times now, and it hasn't gotten any better. The staff all seem to hate life. They will look at you and keep walking rather than serve you. I think they are all afraid to work and speak to strangers. Also had loud music blaring in the back the last time I went. Very poor for the atmosphere. Stay away. Salsaritas is just a couple doors down the street if you want fast tex mex style food.

Chips were stale. I went to ask for another bag the manager was standing there on her phone with other employees. As I told her my issue and requested a fresh bag, she just looked at me and tossed me another bag. No apologies or anything. But the cashier standing there did say have a good night. I expect more of an example from a manager. Disappointing

Out of chips. Out of guac. Burrito bar a mess. I go to Chipotle all the time across the country. Great brand but terrible execution at this location. Advice to mgmt — screen workers better. This is unacceptable.

6 month update — still terrible service. Had to walk out even though 5 workers were behind the bar. There were 4 patrons waiting to be served. No acknowledgment. No eye contact. Nothing.

3 of the 6 employees had headphones on or air buds in. Young man taking my order asked me to repeat myself twice, assuming he couldn’t hear me. Chicken was also burnt to a crisp. Unfortunate all around

Inconsistency in the amounts. One day they charge you one amount; another day the amounts are very different. Poor hygiene in food handling. I never recommend it. There is food all reheated at the end of the afternoon.

Manager, please read.
Please educate your employees to serve a decent portion of meat to the customers. Red head girl, gave me half a serving of chicken with her HAND. The left overs that they had on a separate tray. Had the audacity to tell me if I want more it will have be double.
I wish I could of recorded the situation but I was in disbelief.
