What a fabulous find. The owner/chef was super nice and accommodating, he offered to make something off the menu. I had a French Dip with tender sliced beef and the best au jus. The side dish was outstanding, Turnup Greens knocked my socks off. Wish I found this place sooner, sorry I ate so fast I didn't get a photo. My wife loved her sandwich too, turkey with pesto and her "upscale" side of Mac n Cheese was incredible. Can't wait to return.

Ike was a delightful server! He explained the menu and was patient and quick delivering our drinks and food. Cute little casual place! Food was outstanding. We will definitely be. Ack when we are in town!

Get out of the way the appetizer combo was pretty basic, Buffalo chicken dip was dry and the chips were just something that came out of a bag from a store. Cuban sandwich was fine but nothing to write home about. Server was attentive

The food is always the star when dining out, and River Falls Cafe’s meals are indeed the main act, but the personal service, the wine selection, the regular follow-ups for drinks et al, and the most relaxing vibe in town, maybe I’d call it ‘casual perfection’ stand out too! The unique combo appetizer wakes up your need for more of the well conceived and executed tastes. In two recent visits, the four of us have tried most of the entrees. The short version of our feasts is that we are already planning our next trip. Meats are cooked to a tasty finish, vegetables, sides and sauces are superb, and they all come together in each entree to create a wondrous event. And don’t forget dessert. Home cooked & heavenly delights. My fave is their unique banana pudding, my daughters strongly endorse the Biscoff cheesecake. Key lime pie rocks too. The adage about ‘Stop where the parking lot’s full’ fully applies here. Hwy 290 sort of across from Ingles and beside Truist bank. JPB

Today was our first time visiting River Falls Cafe. We had the Chicken Fried Steak. It was very tasty and tender, you could cut it with a fork. It reminded me of my mother's cubed steak and gravy verses a traditional Chicken fried version. I had the mashed potatoes and broccoli which were also tasty.
