We purchased the thanksgiving meal kit and we’ll never be doing that again. The food was truly awful and mostly went uneaten. Being priced at $150 claiming to feed 4-6 people is an absolute joke. Lesson learned, never buy the heat and serve thanksgiving kit.

I don't know if it was an off day for this location, or if it's because we usually come for breakfast, but the food was bordline bad. I got the chicken tenders and they were like rubber with very little breading, and tasted and felt like they had been reheated or something. My wife got the chicken fried steak ( I believe) and said it had almost no flavor. The fried pickles were good, though. Service was good, as well. The kids didn't have any complaints about their food.

Our food was predictably good, which is why we generally hit Cracker Barrels. Our server, Ashley was incredibly attentive and really sweet.

I feel as though I was cheated a little bit on the prices. I bought a heat and serve cornbread dressing, macaroni and cheese, broccoli and cheese casserole, (each served 8 to 10 people) and a chocolate pecan pie. The total came to $133 and some change. I asked for four cornbread muffins and four biscuits and sat there for 12 minutes and the reason I had to sit there so long is because one of the girls from the back came out and said I hadn't paid for them yet and I said well I bought $133 worth of food I thought four little cornbreads and four little biscuits wouldn't be a big deal but I just went ahead and paid for them anyway. So my total then came to about $140 bucks. This special that was going on came with a whole ham macaroni and cheese cornbread dressing mashed potatoes green beans I think I'm missing one more veggie, Apple streusel pie a pecan pie and rolls for $179.99. all the sides on this Thanksgiving heating serve dinner were to feed 8 to 10 people, like the sides I purchased. I was exhausted from all this Thanksgiving shopping so I didn't even ask the manager about anything but I feel a little bit slighted about what I had to pay versus what I received when they had that deal going on. Two of the items that I bought were literally on the special. Then on top of that I had to pay for it four pieces of cornbread and four biscuits. I feel as though if I did not get the entire meal I should have received some sort of discount or I should have been able to pay the 30 more bucks and received a mashed potato and green beans and the ham and rolls that was supposed to come with the Thanksgiving dinner to make things right. We've done cracker barrel for the past 7 years and this time I feel like I was not done right and I feel like I'm not coming back. We haven't just done it on holidays we eat at cracker barrel breakfast lunch and dinner at times. Sorry for missing punctuations. It's Thanksgiving day and I am literally using my iPhone Siri to type this message for me, while I'm preparing the feast.

Very good attention 👏
My husband & I went to the Duncan Cracker Barrel around 1:15 pm Monday, Dec. 2. We were seated in about 2-3 minutes. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive. I bought my oldest granddaughter a Hogwarts hooded sweater for her birthday. The only thing I did not see was dresses. There were plenty of tops, poncho, shawls, and men's clothes, but only 2 or 3 dresses. Usually there are several to choose from. Enjoyed our lunch and looking around the store.

Went to Cracker Barrel in Duncan thinking I would get a country ham dinner. Wrong! CB has come out with a new menu that does not include any ham or pork at all. They replaced it with Chicken Pie! They have quite a few dishes with chicken/turkey, but no ham, pork chops, pork roast, BBQ at all. The new shepherd's pie is my husband's favorite & the chicken & dumplings was good as always, just not what I was in the mood for. The waitress was nice & was a good server, but couldn't answer any questions about the menu or about the rewards points that are advertised all over the restaurant.
