It's been decades since I've been to a Cracker Barrel restaurant and this visit was probably the best one. Friendly and prompt service, relaxing atmosphere, and the food...untouched by the competition!

Just left our local Cracker Barrel, after 8 months of staying away. I will not be back. After eating holiday foods, I wanted breakfast foods. The menu has changed so much that you basically have to order each item individually. I ordered the Grandma's breakfast because I wanted eggs, grits and the bacon, sausage and ham. It came with pancakes and I gave them to my son, because I couldn't switch them for hash browns. I also ordered coffee and the waitress said she...
