Drive through. My wife and I just ordered and used our points for lattes, but they were inedible. A large latte with 4 pumps of flavor shouldn't be bitter or smell like old socks. Maybe the machine needs to be cleaned or the vanilla tossed out.

Why are they out of everything by 1pm? What’s the point of staying open? I mean how hard is it to make more? I’m so perplexed by this location. Every time I stop by after 10am everything is gone. Their excuse is because they’re a highway location. So if you know that plan ahead and order more? I miss Tim Hortons.

Spent forever in the Drive-Thru waiting for someone, and then had to leave because they were taking forever. I came back later in the day to grab a coffee and the same thing happened. I decided to walk into the actual store just to see two workers talking to each other. I finally got my coffee at least.
Update: As of the very next day, the exact same thing happened again. They either need more staff or new staff because this is ridiculous.
