We ordered ahead of time and when we got there our order was waiting for us and it was still warm. There food is always good but I really didn't care for the potato soup.

After a very long 12 hr shift as an EMS dispatcher, I put in an order online to pick up on my way home. I ordered bottle drinks so they wouldn't spill in my car. I was directed to my order. The shift leader thanked me and told me to have a good night. His associate said "Yeah, have a good night sugar.." and then made several over exaggerated kissing sounds. I figured I would just blow it off because I was tired and probably being over sensitive. I got to the car and realized there were no drinks in my bag. I went back in and had to make my drinks because they didn't have any bottles. When I got home, the order was wrong and COLD. I called and asked for the manager. They weren't there. So my husband and I went back up to the restaurant to get the pieces of my order that were left out and conveniently kissy face wasn't there. I told the shift leader I didn't appreciate it and if ol' boy was going to be a smarta$$ he probably should make sure the order is correct.

Place was dead like a ghost town, ordered online at 7:18pm didnt get my food till after 8pm, ordered a few subs one was just turkey cheese and bacon but got mostly ham instead, ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies ended up having to wait an extra 15 mins for 2 of the cookies, 4 workers all standing around like idiots, would fire them all and shut it down, If you want a sub try Subway or Jersey Mikes

I do delivery and have done it for 3 years. My experience with delivery will be someone's experience as a customer. Went to the Firehouse around 8PM on a Monday and only one person was there working. There were supposed to be four items in my order I was picking upand literally only one item was sitting there. Two of the items missing were drinks. Guy working there was busy on his phone which is great considering he's the only employee there. Had two headphones in, extremely unprofessional and obviously nobody is managing the place and he is probably likely the manager. I told him I needed two drinks and he handed me cups. I'm a delivery driver, not a food handler. The restaurant is the food handler. This is actually a DHEC violation because driver's hands are not sanitary enough to be touching the inside of cups and lids which is almost unavoidable sometimes when trying to carry multiple of these empty cups. As of last week I have started reporting every restaurant to DHEC that requires drivers to fill up drinks. This was per DHEC for me to start doing this when I called and asked them what the laws were. Drivers are absolutely not allowed to fill up the drinks for other human beings. At least not in an official capacity such as this. Andy left out the chips. You literally have one job dude. I hope I never have to hear back here again.
Young lady up front zero personality. Bread stale, hook and ladder cold, asked for no onions and got onions. Store empty and can’t get one simple order right. Had to ask for cup when I ordered a combo. I won’t be back.

We went here for dine in service tonight. I ordered the cheesesteak combo and my husband ordered the Italian combo. WOW $30 for this piss poor food. The guys working in there were all rude and didn’t acknowledge any customer coming through the door. I was looking forward to a sweet tea, well too bad. They were out, and when we inquired about sweet tea they said we have unsweetened. This was at 7:20 and they refused to make more tea. Too worried about getting out of there and too lazy to make more. My cheesesteak had huge chunks of green peppers not chopped at all.
It’s really hard to find good quality food and employees these days. For the price they charge we should be treated like royalty.

I’m not the biggest fan of Firehouse Subs. Not because of the food but because of the price. I’ve never thought the quality of the food is worth the price you pay. Anyway I had a birthday reward so I decided to get a sub for dinner. First surprise, it’s no longer just a free sub, it’s a free sub when you spend at least $1. Annoying but fine since I was ordering one for my wife too. My wife’s order is pretty basic, she just wants ham, provolone, mayo and some seasoning. I always get an Italian with no tomato. I was shocked how much a medium sub is now. My wife’s very basic sandwich was $9.19 before tax and $10.02 after tax. $10????? For reference you can get a ham and provolone sub at Jersey Mike’s for $7.95 before tax and $8.67 after tax and that sub is leagues better and also bigger with a lot more meat, but I digress. Anyway I placed the order and my wife was able to pick it on her way home from work. We open them up to see that they did the toppings completely backwards even though the ticket is laid out correctly. My Italian was basically just meats and cheese with the smallest amount of mayo on it and my wife’s sub had all the toppings. We fixed the subs ourselves and then I was surprised by the onion. Have these guys ever heard of a knife??? I don’t want a giant string of onion on my sub, cut it up a little bit at least. The subs were also fairly dry and we also said no pickle spears, which was in all caps on the receipt, because we don’t like to throw away food that we won’t eat but low and behold we both got a pickle spear that was quite warm. Again I wasn’t the biggest fan of Firehouse when they were charging $7.99 for a medium sub and they were actually made correctly. This is just more of a sign of the times where we have employees who don’t care and definitely don’t want to be there at work which affects the quality of the food and service and the customers are charged more for a lesser product. I definitely don’t have a desire to return to this location or really any Firehouse Subs.
