Was on a business trip, ordered on the app while waiting for my flight home to swing by later to pick up some lunch…. Fast forward, I went to the location but no order…explained to the young man behind the counter that my order wasn’t ready even after the planned pick up time and showed him the receipt. He stated they had not received an order, we verified that it was the right store…. That was when the conversation and customer service went sideways. Either he was not mature enough for the job or Firehouse does a bad job in training their staff. He asked if the credit card transaction went thru and I told him I don’t know. Apparently he couldn’t fathom that I had chosen not to be logged in the CC app on my phone and he questioning me why I can’t. At this point I got a little irritated and told him no and I had a receipt which all I needed. He told me to stop my attitude which is always the wrong thing to say to a customer….long story short, I asked him for his name, he called his manager repeating I had an attitude, the manager asked why I would order 4 hrs ahead - which is nobody’s business and I thought the actual purpose of an app. I eventually receive the order but needless to say, I won’t return. As a previous review stated competition has arrived to Highway 290…..

Walked up to the counter were the cashier had ear buds in and didn’t even see me come in. Had to lean over to get her attention because she was so glued to her phone. My order was cold even though I ordered a hot sub. One of the guys I was with was trying to order with the cashier and she kept putting her earbud back in before he was finished giving his order. Shocker…. She messed up his order. He also ordered Mac and cheese and they forgot about it and then when he asked about it they gave it to him half frozen. No hand towels in the bathroom. Just not a good experience.
Will not be back to this store. I ordered a combo online for quicker service so when I arrived I could grab it and get back to my office. I left my office about 5minutes after ordering and arrived 10 minutes later. I didn't see it in the to-go order area. Waited and then started seeing peoples food being called for pickup that arrived after me and they placed their order at the counter. I went up and asked about my order and was told they were working on it. I finished my chips and drink. Went back up 10 minutes later and was told by the same girl with bangs, yes we are working it. By this time people that arrived after me and ordered at the counter, were now finished eating and were leaving. 20 minutes after ARRIVING they finally have my sub ready. By this time I am absolutely freezing because it's about 65 inside. Jersey Mikes and Jimmy Johns are in the same area and just blow this place away in customer service.
