Flavorshack Hot Chicken & Ribs

I've previously commented about the excellent food, atmosphere, and service provided, but now have more praise ! A recent takeout order wasnt the usual high quality (due to an equipment issue i found out later). When I commented on a survey stating the problem, I received a phone call from the OWNER ! He apologized, explained the issue, & then refunded our purchase with a gift card ! This is such an impressive and rare act of customer attention that I wanted to share. WE WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY FLAVORSHACK & RECOMEND IT EVERY CHANCE WE GET ! Thanx !

Very disappointing 1st visit. Went there for lunch today. Not very busy at all.
I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders with macaroni and coleslaw. Took about 15 minutes to get my food. The chicken was average, macaroni was edible, cajun coleslaw was so vinegary I couldn't eat it. Sad part was it cost $16.45, which included .59 cents for a cup of tap water. 1st and last time eating here.

I got the Chicken-Fried-Chicken and it was definitely at the top with some of the best I’ve had. Got it mild and it had just the perfect kick to go along with the gravy. I definitely recommend and will return again! Girl at the counter had amazing service and amazing attitude!

We ordered online. They were very quick to get our order finished. The only negative was that the smash burger wasn't very good and it was very thick. The fried chicken sandwich was very good and the french fries were great. The sides could use some improvement.

Hire older adults or seniors. Your teeny boppers don't even know how to operate a register or conduct themselves in front of senior citizens. Two of them started giggling at each other right in front of me when I shared with them. I was mostly deaf and hard of hearing.

We ordered the #2 Thanksgiving meal and it was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and I especially appreciated the call notifying me when our order was ready for pickup. While the meal was advertised to serve 8-10 people, we had more than enough to feed 15. Thank you to the team for your fantastic service and outstanding food! Highly recommend! I’ve never had fried chicken as good as the chicken here! Everything was hot and absolutely delicious, and I will be visiting again many times in the future! Best dinner I’ve had out in a while.

I only gave it a two because the ladies at the front were super sweet- fantastic customer service! I was so excited to get the chicken pot pie. I used to go there all the time when they first opened and it was amazing. I'm never in this area so I stopped it on my way by. Extremely disappointed. Nothing like it used to be. And for the price, no way!

I ordered some jumbo mild wings, bbq ribs, banana pudding, cowboy beans, and sweet potato casserole. What I got was, jumbo fried wings, bbq ribs, cowboy beans, and what tasted like old, bottom of the pan sweet potato casserole. My fault that I didn’t check it before I left. The fried chicken ended up being decent along with the ribs.

Food is always amazing. Owner is super nice. Everything is fresh made to order. For those looking for a next level heat, what the cluck is for you! The banana pudding is the most divine heavenly creation I've had in 30 years. It's a MUST HAVE to complete your meal. I will continue to make Flavor Shack my number 1 spot in Duncan.
