Flavorshack Hot Chicken & Ribs

The 5 star isn’t for perfection its for expectations, I wanted chicken and good service. That is what I got. I came in 9/7/25 and Chase took my order, he was courteous and later checked on how I was doing and how the food was. I also came in right after a large group had left, it did not affect how nice the staff was to me. I’ve been a few times, it was a pleasant experience. I also came in again at the time of this review (again good service).

The chicken Caesar pasta salad is wonderful. It was my first time trying. Will definitely order again!!

Im not shore what is happening but the chicken fingers are so tuff that i can not cut it or chew it up and im shore that is why no one is ever there the past few time we went..the breading is so good but inside is just crazy chewy..this was our last visit until chicken is eatable

Do not eat here. The food is mediocre for the price and there’s plenty of other options. I’ve been alerted by staff there is mold in the drink machines and to “just get the water”. There are very young girls there working and I can’t express how, David I’ve heard his name is, was so rude and perverted towards them. I’ve heard him yelling at them from the tables also. If you are someone who has ever worked with an awful manager or workplace, I wouldn’t come here mainly just to show you do not stand for the cruelty towards these young workers in such a trying time.

Food was awesome, and portions are huge. Everyone loved it the few times we have gone. Will for sure try the all u can eat wings soon

The wings were really good, sides that I ordered wasn't as good as I anticipated, can mac&cheese with breadcrumbs sprinkled on them wasn't good. Staff was good,

I ordered the 3 grilled jumbo tenders with green beans and fried okra, and also tried a fried tender. All of the food looked much better than it tasted. The green beans in particular were strange, almost like they were in peach syrup or something sweet and thick. I will say the menu has a wide variety, and others with me enjoyed the Nashville hot tenders and the wings. But I honestly would not return.

I've previously commented about the excellent food, atmosphere, and service provided, but now have more praise ! A recent takeout order wasnt the usual high quality (due to an equipment issue i found out later). When I commented on a survey stating the problem, I received a phone call from the OWNER ! He apologized, explained the issue, & then refunded our purchase with a gift card ! This is such an impressive and rare act of customer attention that I wanted to share. WE WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY FLAVORSHACK & RECOMEND IT EVERY CHANCE WE GET ! Thanx !

I order the kids wings and the wings were extremely fried to hard and dry plus they didn’t have any flavor to them! My wings were okay but the peach cobbler was nasty the peaches tasted like they weren’t done and they also tasted like they still had the skin on them. That was my first time going but I think it was also my last time

Very nice staff,very patient while you make up your mind. Food is always excellent, all of the side dishes are good too. Maybe a tiny bit spendy, but this is one of those times that you get what you pay for.

I ordered the half rack of ribs with green beans and fried okra. The okra was the best I have ever had! The seasonings were unlike anything I've had before and they were perfectly crispy! The green beans were on the sweet side - not what i was expecting but they were delicious. The ribs were amazing. They were cooked to perfection - moist and juicy inside. The flavors combined sweet notes with the perfect balance of bold and spicy Hickory smoked flavor! The half rack portion satisfied my appetite. My lunch with a drink came out to about $20 and that's the best value for the money I've had in quite a while. I will definitely be back!!!

Great fried chicken! I got the tender with the hot honey and it was delicious. Perfectly breaded and the side was the right amount of sweet to heat! Generous portion sizes and a great atmosphere for lunch or dinner! I would recommend this to anyone to give it a try and you won't be sorry!

We had a craving for wings and had yet to find a place comparable to our go-to wing place in Greenville. We also love a good Garlic Parmesan sauce on wings and that’s hard to find. I’ll say this much… WE WILL BE BACK! We had the garlic parm wings with fries and hush puppies. 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 So tasty, I think I prefer this over my favorite place in Greenville!!!
