Everytime I have come here to eat, the food has been phenomenal. Just absolutely outstanding. It's a little pricey but the food is amazing. Definently recommend coming here.

The tenders were overcooked and hard as concrete service was lackluster at best ultimately the worst $50 I've ever spent in my 50 years of life on this Earth I personally will never eat there again

We went to FlavorShack on the Thirsty Thursday’s buffet night. The wings and huge chicken tenders were great. They had flavored wings, plain chicken tenders and desserts on the bar but the baked potatoes were still cooking. We got there at 5pm when things were just getting started. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful and by 6 or so
the band arrived and started setting up to play. We left at 6:30 and we do plan on going back again without the kids. The next time we won’t get there at 5pm so all of the sides will be ready when we get there and we will be able to enjoy some tunes and those $5 margaritas 👍🏽

5 stars is not enough to describe how incredible Flavorshack Hot Chicken and Ribs is. Ten stars would be ideal. Anyways, this evening, October 9, 2025 was our first time at this restaurant. It will definitely not be our last time there. Everything from the food to the customer service exceed our expectations. The chicken tenders were full of flavor and came out hot and fresh. Not to mention, so crispy and delicious. Chicken and dumplings had great flavor. They tasted so much better than a well known chain restaurant (without mentioning the name (C B). If you’re looking for fresh and comforting chicken and dumplings, skip the country style chain restaurant and head to Flavorshack. You won’t be disappointed.
The BBQ ribs we ordered were gone within a few minutes. They were that good!!!!
Our side dishes, yes can tell they put as much care and effort into making sure they taste as well as the main course. We enjoyed our meal and looking forward to our next dining experience with Flavorshack.

The 5 star isn’t for perfection its for expectations, I wanted chicken and good service. That is what I got. I came in 9/7/25 and Chase took my order, he was courteous and later checked on how I was doing and how the food was. I also came in right after a large group had left, it did not affect how nice the staff was to me. I’ve been a few times, it was a pleasant experience. I also came in again at the time of this review (again good service).

Im not shore what is happening but the chicken fingers are so tuff that i can not cut it or chew it up and im shore that is why no one is ever there the past few time we went..the breading is so good but inside is just crazy chewy..this was our last visit until chicken is eatable

Do not eat here. The food is mediocre for the price and there’s plenty of other options. I’ve been alerted by staff there is mold in the drink machines and to “just get the water”. There are very young girls there working and I can’t express how, David I’ve heard his name is, was so rude and perverted towards them. I’ve heard him yelling at them from the tables also. If you are someone who has ever worked with an awful manager or workplace, I wouldn’t come here mainly just to show you do not stand for the cruelty towards these young workers in such a trying time.

The wings were really good, sides that I ordered wasn't as good as I anticipated, can mac&cheese with breadcrumbs sprinkled on them wasn't good. Staff was good,

I ordered the 3 grilled jumbo tenders with green beans and fried okra, and also tried a fried tender. All of the food looked much better than it tasted. The green beans in particular were strange, almost like they were in peach syrup or something sweet and thick. I will say the menu has a wide variety, and others with me enjoyed the Nashville hot tenders and the wings. But I honestly would not return.
