5 stars is not enough to describe how incredible Flavorshack Hot Chicken and Ribs is. Ten stars would be ideal. Anyways, this evening, October 9, 2025 was our first time at this restaurant. It will definitely not be our last time there. Everything from the food to the customer service exceed our expectations. The chicken tenders were full of flavor and came out hot and fresh. The 5 star isn’t for perfection its for expectations, I wanted chicken and good service. That is what I got. I came in 9/7/25 and Chase took my order, he was courteous and later checked on how I was doing and how the food was. I also came in right after a large group had left, it did not affect how nice the staff was to me. I’ve been a few times, it was a pleasant experience. I also came in again at the time of this review (again good service).
