I came here with my wife to eat Hibachi. I ordered hibachi steak and hibachi shrimps for my wife. Steak was mediocre, fried rice wasn’t made in soy sauce like it supposed to be. My wife’s shrimps weren’t fully cooked(looked fried but raw inside). When i asked a guy at the front to fry it more, he refused to do it. Told me” you already started eating it. Eat it like that, its fine”. They didn’t change nor made refund. After all we had to throw it into trash. This is not how to treat a customers. This was first and last time here.

Come here all the time. Usually very happy with quality and amount. However, the last 2-3 visits I’ve realized the portions have diminished a lot. Very little meat and hardly any veggies at all. Very displeased and will likely be trying other Japanese restaurants for now on. I think this place is going downhill fast and people are going to start noticing. Sad but true

So I work right down the street and pretty much come here all the time. But I noticed the service has definitely diminished over the past couple months. The past few times my order was wrong ,but I’ve ate it instead of bringing it back, but I absolutely do not eat seafood and this past time it was a shrimp meal instead of chicken so I did bring it back. They seemed pissed I didn’t check my order when I got it, but when it’s your 30min lunch break you usually don’t wanna take the time to check it. So they angrily gave me a new order . Then this time I ordered a drink with my meal and they never gave me my drink so when I brought it up to them they said I never ordered a drink at all. Even though it is 100° outside, so why would I not have ordered a drink? I asked them if they could just give me the tea and they said I would have to go all the way back through the line and re-order it and wait in the food line again. I told them no way and they went back in and got me a WATER. So you’d lose a customer over a dollar tea? Service has been terrible the past four times so we are gonna call it a day on FUJIs

I pretty much come here like every day and eat lunch on this day I called in my food in like always I pulled up and the guy said that I never called in my order long story short they gave my food away so I asked for a discount because I was late getting back to work plus I’m a loyal customer I come every day they argue me down like I was lying about calling in my order so they made my food over and I paid full price it should been free this is very bad customer service beware the food is good but the service is trash

The food here is good. Large portions. The service is excellent. They now have egg rolls that they gave us to complimentary so we could try them.

It is what it is, Japanese fast food. It isn't fine dining so if you expect that or want that, you should go to a place with real dishes and silverware & without a drive thru window.

Overall I love this place because of the food but they need to work on their customer service when going face-to-face addressing the customer while ordering they just need to smile and be a little bit more courteous being polite and in a good mood and attitude is part part of the job
