I pretty much come here like every day and eat lunch on this day I called in my food in like always I pulled up and the guy said that I never called in my order long story short they gave my food away so I asked for a discount because I was late getting back to work plus I’m a loyal customer I come every day they argue me down like I was lying about calling in my order so they made my food over and I paid full price it should been free this is very bad customer service beware the food is good but the service is trash

Overall I love this place because of the food but they need to work on their customer service when going face-to-face addressing the customer while ordering they just need to smile and be a little bit more courteous being polite and in a good mood and attitude is part part of the job

Best hibachi/japanese in Duncan/Greer/Spartanburg. PERIOD. These guys are friendly and cook an absolutely delicious no matter what you order on the menu slap you in the face delicious meal no cap on god. Cool staff and very customer service oriented. These guys rock and BUSSIN BUSSIN food. A good place to eat with family.. a significant other.. or a single person.. these guys are the BEST.

Same as every other Fuji. It's a fastfood Japanese restaurant. Staff are kind are prompt. Dining room is always clean and well kempt. Food is always hot and fresh (with the exception of the chicken which is sometimes rubbery and dry as if its been sitting on the grille for a while.) Prices are resonable as long as you order in moderation. Can't go wrong with Fuji.

The service was exceptional. It's cafeteria style-ish. You order at the counter and pay at the counter, and then they bring miso soup (or that's what I think it was) and the meals to your table. The food was ok. Lots of rice and a bit salty (but it could have been msg). I wish there had been more veggies. The atmosphere was ok, but the washrooms were exceptional. As a woman, how many icky washrooms have you been in that you don't even want to sit down, you want to hover? Too many!!! These washrooms were pristine! I know, I know, it's just a washroom... but it was a wow.
Paying 15 for a meal served with Styrofoam and plastic forks and blan tasting food. Undercooked shrimp. Only thing that had any flavor was the white sauce and I don't even like white sauce. fortune cookies are extra $... rice was weirdly tasting too. Will definitely ot be taking my GF here again. Huge bummer.
