The staff is known to be pleasant, sweet, and friendly, even during busy hours. On December 9th, 2023, one drive-through order was particularly praised for serving fresh food off the grill. The biscuits and Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit are noted as having the best tasting. The crew is kicking butt and getting it done even when extremely busy, a welcomed change. One staff member was very kind and helpful with mobile coupons and rewards, and the milkshake was kid approved, though the dining room and bathrooms could use some updates.
