I asked for a light butter biscuit this am and was obviously giving a dark biscuit. My steak biscuit was also on a dark biscuit. Customer service was ok but my food tasted old. This Hardee's food hasn't been good or fresh in years. Exactly why I stop goin there years ago.

I came here for lunch went through the drive thru. I waited to get my food for 20 mins. When I got back to work. They gave me the wrong order. Like how did you mess that up and not check the order. Will never come to this location ever.

I love Hardee’s tenders and sandwiches but I rarely go because of the customer service. Today was no different than any other visit. The attitude of all the employees are horrible and there is no sense of urgency. They act as if you’re bothering them to come order food. There is literally no one ever in the drive thru or inside yet I’m asked to pull forward. I sat at the window for about 5 minutes just for the drinks to get fixed and pay. After paying I was told to pull up. I sat an additional 10 minutes waiting for food that was not even hot. Oh and to add a car came up behind me and had to pull up as well. No other cars in the drive thru or inside.
