I love Hardee’s tenders and sandwiches but I rarely go because of the customer service. Today was no different than any other visit. The attitude of all the employees are horrible and there is no sense of urgency. They act as if you’re bothering them to come order food. There is literally no one ever in the drive thru or inside yet I’m asked to pull forward. I sat at the window for about 5 minutes just for the drinks to get fixed and pay. After paying I was told to pull up. I sat an additional 10 minutes waiting for food that was not even hot. Oh and to add a car came up behind me and had to pull up as well. No other cars in the drive thru or inside.
Wonderful staff, great service. perfect stop on a road trip.

Never been so aggravated in my life with customer service. Cashier was very rude. And when I was asked why I was over charged she started fumbling around with no explanation. In fact I think she took my change.

Kimberly J has a very nasty attitude all because I asked her to touch the side of my fry box instead of the top where I saw her touch the fries each time she filled an order. Got so mad she charged me full price to upgrade my drink to a peach lemonade and walked off when I tried to talk to her about it.

Don’t go if you have a 30 minute lunch break.
This doesn’t seem to be just this location, but every single time I go I am told to pull up or park and wait for my food. It is frustrating to be waiting for 10-15 minutes for a standard menu item when there is no car behind me and only 1-2 in front of me. Not sure why it’s common practice to make your employees walk outside with the food (making me wait even longer) when workflow would not have been interrupted at all for me to just stay at the window.
