Placed my order at drive thru. Order includdd plain biscuit(1.69) she rang up jelly biscuit(1.89). When I pulled up and asked her to correct it she huffed and gave attitude. She called Annie(who is absolutely awesome)to fix the issue and she did. When she handed me my drink and food she never spoke to me or said anything. Just shut window in my face. This is a white older lady. This location always has the best customer service and friendliness but this lady failed.

The bathroom wasn't clean, piss on the floor from overflowing urinal, tissue in 1 toilet, shit in the other...Manager served food with no gloves on after touching numerous non food items, even grabbing French fry container from the inside...The ONLY positive was the ONLY worker there who wore gloves, made chicken wrap, made burger, all timely ..I wouldn't go in again...

I used to work here back in the mid 90's. Oh tha memories, when I could afford to live on my own while working a fast food job. I always thought that Hardees had the best tasting Biscuits & this Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit sure reminded me of that.
